Stretching & Milking the Tube

Stretching & Milking the Tube

This is a question (or 2) for the expert pumpers on the forum, maybe to expand my understanding as follows:

Observations/background - At present, I have gradually worked up over the last few weeks to two, 20-minute sessions at 4-5 inches of Hg and I am now packing about 75% of my 1.75 inch ID tube. Also, over that time I have expanded length wise up the tube 0.7 inch from the expanded state I observed initially by marking the tube so as to track progress.

Question # 1 - Ligament pulls - I have noticed that I can get significant mechanical advantage by using the length of the tube as a lever against the flange of the tube and thus stretch the ligs. I do this very slowly and carefully by moving the far end of the tube up (very intense), to the left, to the right, and down towards the floor. I do a few of these in sets of 4 and then several kegels. Do others do this? Does it help? Is this practice advisable.

Question # 2 - I also perform a sort of jelqing motion straight out away from the body maybe one complete stroke every 2-3 seconds. I notice the vacuum goes from say 4 inches of Hg to 6 inches of Hg and back to 4 inches of Hg at the completion of the stroke. I believe this is called ‘milking’ the tube and I feel it helps circulation while under the influence of vacuum. I typically do a dozen of these and then several kegels. Is there anything I am not doing correctly or is there something I should be doing instead of what I am doing?

Your feedback and experience are greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

MrTiPS

Hope some of the vets sees this thread. I’d like these questions answered to!

I do the ligament pulls when pumping. It seems to stretch the ligs, I’ve had lig pops from this. I haven’t had gains since I’m not consistent enough with my routine. It puts a lot of stress on the penis so use common sense and be cautious when doing this.

Yes, you have it right, Mr T.

Go easy on the side to side lig stretches; work up slowly to them. These are not normal positions for an erection. You should be able to feel the pull both in the shaft and at the pubic bone, but it shouldn’t ever hurt.

You described “milking” well.

You are milking correctly. I find it to be very beneficial. I worked up to a point of doing 50 or more milks followed by an equal number of kegels and continuing to repeat this process until the set was over, typically 15 minutes per set.

I am not quite sure how your lig exercise works. Does it rely on the vacuum pressure to hold the tube on? If so I can’t imagine how too much pulling force could be exerted. Or are you pushing the base of the tube from side to side and up and down to deflect the base of your cock?

Jambaz,

I am very, very careful - thanks for your feedback.

A8 - As always, thanks for your valued observations. Yes, there
is a lot of pull but no pain and I don’t want any either.

gprent - We’re on the same page as to tube pulls (milking) and kegels
as we both do about the same in a set. As to the lig pulls, it’s like a
crowbar effect. The force of the vacuum in the tube is multiplied by
the ratio of the length of the tube to the flange width or about 10x. That
generates a good tug on the ligs, side-to-side and up and down without braking the vacuum on the cylinder provided one is lubed up adequately.

Gentlemen, thanks for your inputs and I think this short thread will help not only me but others, too.

All the Best,

MrTiPS

You’re crowbar theory is pretty interesting. How much do you stretch prior to beginning pumping and what’s your jelq routine look like, if you do jelqs? Also, how many days a week do you PE?

Hi Massive,

At present I stretch under heat for an hour using a static traction device before I pump. After the morning pumping session I go back into the stretcher under heat for another hour, or so. I do not jelq intensley at present - that will come later - just a few dry jelqs after pumping or between stretching sessions to keep circulation up. I have PE’d nearly every day over the past 45 days except for labor day weekend. Next week is scheduled completely off - no PE next week except for kegels and some light sets of dry jelqs (VERY light). I will evaluate my gains (if any) when I get back from the week-long trip and adjust my routine then, if required. I’m purposely taking it easy as to jelqing as I tried jelqing a couple of years ago and got nowhere with it. I may have gone at it too intensly - that is, no injuries or anything but my body quickly adapted and built up resistance to it. That is why I am trying a different approch by combining heat, extended stretching, and pumping this time around.

Hope this Helps,

MrTiPS
