7 months into PE here guys and currently I have nothing to brag about for size gained… I’m changing my routine to reflect the following…

Evening Workout

A) Warm up with a heating pad (10 minutes) Stretch for 10 minutes / followed by DLD Blasters, 100 laying down with a kegel prior to each tug and 50 going down with a kegel prior and a 5 second count..

B) 100 quality jelqs.

C) Pump @ 6 - 9 HG for 6 minutes w/ the heating pad wraped around the tube (the heat makes it feel so much better:)

Repeat “B” and “C” for a total of 400 jelqs

AM workout / Depending on feedback from vets…

Wake up about 30 minutes before the wife and do 20 minutes of the pump @ 3 - 5 HG, take a shower and head off to work…

I did this routine 3 days last week and the feeling I had while at work was a different one.. The trout seemed really ready to pull for the stretch by the time the evening workout came around…

Indeed I am “Sir”, errrr Boss… Notice the amount of time I cut from my routine? All I can say is OUCH!

Glad to see you worked out a program.

You may find you prefer morning to after-work sessions.

For one, your testosterone levels are highest then. After a morning workout, if you haven’t beaten yourself up in the process, your dick is sort of super-charged for the rest of the day. And with more pumping time behind you, the post work-out engorgement will last longer and longer into the day. Going off to work with a fatter, heavier hang is encourement in itself to keep working on your gains.

Since you’ve tried just about everything else with not a whole lot of gain, if pumping works to give some length for you we’ll make you a Pumping Poster Boy. That may convince some of the naysayers to give pumping a try.

If you need any help with anything, we’re here. We’ll be plugging for you, too.

Thought I would report on things… I REALLY LIKE PUMPING! It feels great and the pull and general feeling I have afterwards is outstanding… I have cut my time into the pump to 5 - 6 minutes as I feel this is the right time for me… I was going longer but a doughnut is somthing I can do without.. I’m still doing my routine and the only thing that has changed is 5-6 minutes instead of 10.. I still try to pump for about 20 minutes in the am at a lower pressure…

He’s on a roll, guys. Can length gain be far behind?

In addition to the warm wrap try using your heating pad around the cylinder sides occasionally. This might loosen your ligs a tad, and it feels real nice!

thanks for the tip… I’ll try that… I’m both feeling and seeing a length gain, FINALLY! I mean I’ve been at this for 8 months and I’m not talking doing pussy routines… I jelqed and squeezed hard enough to get a doughnut 7 months before I even got a pump LOL… I would just love to get one solid inch of gains prior to my one year aniversary (June 1st, 2003)… Things are looking up..

I’ve been PEing my Trout to death LOL… After 8 months of dedicated exercises I’m just starting to “experience” some size gains… I attribute some of them to pumping and the rest (which is most) to DLD putting me under his wing so to speak… I’m now doing the blasters correctly and have had some very very cool things going on… I”m going for a nine inch trout as well and have 3/4 of NBP to go…

I’ve cut my time down in the tube to around 5 minutes… I’ve noticed a big difference in the quality of workout if I go into the tube with a force 10 hard-on… I jelq inbetween… I still do a couple of 40 or so minute sessions per week…

Think “Length,” RWG. And thanks for the updates. We’re plugging for you.
