Pumping: One Regimen That Doesn't Work

On the theory that it’s help to know what DOESN’T work as well as to know that which does, here’s a study entitled Review Examines the Role of the Vacuum Erectile Device for Penile Elongation. In summary, 20 minutes, three times a week for six months produced minimal improvement in length. The abstract does not mention vacuum level used.

Obviously this is not the pumping regimen that anyone here would recommend for anyone looking for growth, but given the dearth of actual citable studies on the effectiveness of pumping for growth, here’s a datapoint.

I just finished a pumping trial for my self where I pumped at 4-5HG for 3, 20min sets Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a electric heat pad wrapped around the cylinder for about 2 months. I gained nothing in girth and nothing in length. I am currently trying another routine with some pumping.

Also, their conclusion is borderline retarded if you ask me. One set of 20 min only 3 times per week is nothing. The only thing they proved was that their exact pumping routine was not effective.

I pump every day and have seen my erection quality only improve. I do not think pumping every day “fatigues” the penis as long as it is done at a reasonable pressure. I do think that pumping every few days is only selling yourself short.

I’ve never pumped, but from reading some good discussions that is definitely the impression I have. I think there may be some that believe it achieves permanent gains on it’s own, but I’ve been convinced otherwise by what some others have said about it. But like I said, I haven’t actually pumped, so I don’t know first hand.

True, but I still think pumping does most of the work (for me, personally). I’ve been doing two sets of pumping for 10-15 minutes with only 5 minutes of jelqing after each set and have gained more than 1/8 inch in girth in 3 weeks. Also definitey not newbie gains since I’ve been doing this for a while. Pumping is for real!
