Pumping Gains Question

As NYTx stated, duration of the session is a function of how acclimated you are to pumping. I wanted to be clear that my recommendation was for newbies. Experienced pumpers have tried many different techniques including more time and higher vacuum levels. Newbies can get injured attempting the same techniques an experienced guy does.

I’ve been pumping several years and currently pump for an hour with heat. Sometimes I can make the full hour and other times I need to pull out and re lube.

If 30 min works for you without injury or excess edema and you feel confident with it, then continue.

I seldom do or wear anything after a session. If I intentionally pumped for edema I will use a girth band to keep the edema spreadout on the shaft and not migrate to a donut around the glans

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I am also an experienced pumper and rarely exceed 5 inHg and 30 minutes. I wear a sleeve during pumping hoping it will limit my girth increase.

Another prior post wondered about other devices post-pump. I know opinions vary, but I usually try to immediately go into an ADS post my heated pump sessions, time willing. At least for a decent cool down period, but sometimes for more extended (no pun intended) times. .

Which red light/NIR heat pad do you use?

Aye I just wanted to thank EVERYONE up here for this wealth of knowledge and guidance. I really appreciate all of this. Thanks.

Just want to be happily me. ;)

Start: BPEL 6.3" EG 5.1"

Now: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.7" Goal: MORE
