Pumping using only a bathmate is it enough for growth?

I think it is. It will be for some folks. I don’t know why somebody wouldn’t throw in 50 to 100 jelqs first, but, I think yes. I had good gains with mine and I was not doing a lot of other stuff.

It depends on how much you pump. You need to pump for at least 20 minutes a day, five or six days a week. When I was actively pumping, I pumped both when I woke up and again at night. I would also pump once a week for a 45 minutes.

I’m trying 20 mins plus on moderate pressure and warm/hot water

My routine is mostly pumping [vacuum though]: 15min small cylinder + 25min big cylinder and stretching a little bit in the shower probably not more then 5minutes.

Already gained 2.5cm length and almost 3cm girth but I know that I will hit the wall soon and don’t have money for phallosan at this moment.

For temporary gains and a bad looking penis with not optimal EQ and a donut, sure. For permament gains, terrible strategy.

I agree that it is enough for some folks and have even read where some use a pumping only strategy. Regarding jelqing before hand, what I have found is that when I warm-up using heat, jelqs, and/or stretches first, I reach maximum expansion in the glass faster (20-30 minutes vs. 40-60 minutes).

I can’t speak to what’s happening, but my guess is that it has something to do with breaking down the tunica and making the penis more malleable (I read that one somewhere here).

I don’t know if this has any long-term impact on gains, but hell, in reading it now, the time that I think I’m saving by “warming-up”, is just an offset of the additional time that would have been spent in the glass. Maybe there are some healthy penis benefits to doing it one way over the other.

Most agree that it isn’t, so I would think along the same lines. While it is my personal preference now, I reported gains before I switched to erect pumping.

I do not like the idea of bathmate, I do not recommend it, but you can do it if you want to.

Pumping only is good, but is not optimal, you must do better, intelligent and strategically routine to complete pumping.

Most here have a preferred method, often based on trial and error. Kyrpa’s threads have, I think, offered substantial scientific rationale for the benefits of heat (he is one of the pioneers of ultrasound heating), but also of the need for a cool down while remaining under stress. So, even if you pump only, first use heat, but consider a cool down phase without heat while in pump. Or, better yet, consider some method of stretch after, perhaps as the cool down. My protocol of heated low pressure pumping followed by immediate use of a traction device has allowed gains. Though my experiment over the last 7-8 months added PRP shots and use of trimix induced erections as well, I see no reason why the pump/stretch combo alone wouldn’t work.
