Be careful. It’s possible that many of the users here who are reporting permanent girth gains are manufacturers or re-sellers of equipment.

In my experience large sessions of pumping will increase loose skin in the shaft of the penis plus more foreskin.

I’m starting to really doubt about this technique as PE.

Manual stretching really work but only for length in my experience.

Now I’m thinking in getting circumcised (I’m uncut). But I don’t know if it’s gonna improve the feeling of the shaft with all that loose skin (all my “girth gains”).

I would recommend you short sessions to improve EQ and some minor temporary edema but large sessions will stretch your skin a lot in my experience. The “space for growth” looks like a myth unluckily.

I guess it IS possible but I dont think that is the case with most pumpers here. I myself have achieved some permanent girth gains from pumping and jelqing combined. After almost 1 year off with no PE whatsoever, I had retained ¼” MSEG gain. Not much but definitely an improvement.

I personally try to avoid edema but some others don’t. I have found better gains by not overpumping to the point of excessive edema.

I respect your opinion but my case.. 5 years of PE (pumping, manual stretching for 15 years) and my girth gains is almost all surrounding tissue of skin (and enlarged lymphs vessels I guess). When I get temporary engorged look from pumping is a bit less noticeable but leaving the unit umpumped for a month and my meat is almost the same as 20 years ago besides the annoying loose skin (which increases my girth but I reallly consider them fake gains).

I’m really really skeptical with girth gain stories in forums.

There is a bald pornstar John Rasputin that has an ugly dick with lots of skin (and don’t know if inyected something there) that reminds my extra skinned unit.

I think jelqing too (I think) contributes to this underconsidered side effect of PE.

When I said minor edema I’m referring to a slighted engorged unit that it’s usable in erection, a temporary gain that lasts a few days.

With 3-4 hour sessions I ALWAYS get edema with pumping.

I just need to get to nine inches to get rid of my penis anxiety lol

In my experience higher pressures make me gain more length than girth. From your sig I can see you are gaining length also but sounds like girth gains are slow.

After returning from a 2 week mini decon, Im realizing that less is more for me. I was up to 20 minute sessions. Sometimes 10min and then another 10 min after a jelq break. Sometimes 20 straight. The slow progression in time and pressure did more for me than when I settled on 20 min at 5 to 6 in hg. I pumped a couple months following these parameters and didnt gain much of anything. Minor girth expansion but mostly length increase. Im not going to complain about the length but I want girth also.

My EQ could handle it just fine, I would be rock hard right after pumping but it wasn’t doing much for my girth gains. I ended up plateauing after gaining only about ⅛” MSEG. This was after many months of consistent pumping.

Have you considered a decon break and starting up again after decon with very light intensity methods? You can then slowly ramp up time and if that doesn’t help you progress, drop some time and add some pressure, very slowly until you start to see a change in girth.

You’ll be able to tell when it’s working

What pressures are you pumping at and are you doing manuals also?

In my opinion, no one should ever forsake the jelq

@alterdst8 hey dude, I’m trying to decipher what you’re saying here. I too am on a 2 week mini Decon right now and have a routine that looks very similar to what you had explained, so I feel like this applies to me (and this thread). You said “less is more”. Are you implying that your 20 min @5-6hg was not working? If not, what new routine of “slow progression in time and pressure” has worked for you? I would like to restart and after my mini Decon slowly and finally start seeing gains. I also hope this maybe clears it up for anyone else reading this thread.

Hi, I use a bath mate, have done for 6+ years but have never made any length gains, its thicker and maybe shorter than when I started, it seems my gains in girth have been at the expense of length. When I pump I do it at maximum pressure, it doesn’t hurt and I can’t squeeze any more water out. It takes about 15 mins to fully expand and I keep it at max pressure for 2 or 3 minutes and then release, if I do it any longer then my foreskin swells up with edema.. Whats the trick with making length gains? TIA
