So typically I often toss on a silicone ring or 2 post pump. Just for about 5-10 minutes to hold the engorgement.

I decide to try clamping using a cable clamp since so many love it, except I did it post pump.
Now I must say my girth and length was significantly larger and I was as hard as a steel pipe. It was impressive but scary at the same time.

I did 2 short 2 minute session cause I was nervous.

Does anyone else have a similar routine ?

How long is it generally safe to clamp for in a method like this?

If you were “as hard as a steel pipe”, I would say that it seems you are conditioned and your unit was holding up well.

One thing I will add, is after you get out of the pump just before clamping I would do some light massaging and jelqing and encourage new fresh blood to flow back in for when you clamp. This will help ensure a healthy workout as well things are done right.

Start off slow, your small 2 min sets is a good start. Work up to a 5 min sit and so on. Take your time and and don’t be doing 10 min sets within 3 weeks. That’s way too fast, especially with pumping involved as well. If done properly and being patient, you will notice good PI’s from it.

I’ve also done this a few times. As MHG suggested, you need to massage your dick to insure fresh blood has displaced the older, less oxygenated blood before clamping. I like firegoat rolls as my massage of choice.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

When I incorporate clamping into my routine I will use two clamps. One at the base first with the desired amount of pressure. Then a second mid shaft, and again the amount of compression is up to you to decide how much is sufficient. Always put some protective wrap or section of silicon sleeve under the clamp to prevent skin pinch.

I’ve found the three 10 minute sessions will over time produce significant girth expansion and ultimately permanent girth gains. I would consider this advanced training and not to be done by a newbie or anyone who has less than 6 months to a full year of dedicated PE training.

Use discretion and some common sense! Pain is NOT your friend!

How long have you been at PE?

I ask because clamping after pumping is advanced but also very effective. As you yourself saw it’s effectiveness after just a short go at it. However it can be dangerous. It’s a risk/reward type of routine.

I’ve always done pump then clamp in between sessions. So say a 20 min pump session followed by a 10 min clamp session. Rinse and repeat. Again this is an advanced routine.

I’ve been doing Pe for 7-8 months now but this is my first week clamping with a tool . I’ve done hand clamping and silicone rings prior.

Reason being that clamping requires more focus and stronger PI’s to be effective- I’d like to knock that out first and then relax and let the pump act as a mulitplier to my already increased expansion from the clamp sets.

For now i’d stick with what you’re doing because it sounds like its working

thanks ill keep it updated, So far i’ve gained around 5/8 to 3/4 in length but no change in girth. So I figured it was time to add in something new
