Newbie Pumping Q. Starting back.


I’ve been recovering from a thrombosed vein (too much too soon), and the clot is almost gone. The problem was I way over pumped and did too many girth exercises.

When I start back, I’ll follow the recommended newbie routine posted by luvdadus. However, I would like to add 10 min. Of pumping at a low setting to the routine. Should I pump before or after I complete my exercises and could you please explain the reason(s) for doing so?
