Let me try to explain. I’ve been pumping for almost 4 years, keeping in mind that I started out as a total novice with no Thundersplace to guide me at the time. So a lot of what I did and experimented with was hit and miss, sometimes consistent and sometimes not. I never kept an exact log of my exact routines, so what I share are my recollections minus a calendar and give or take a few months. I purposely did shock routines as I got more experienced, but I unknowingly did shock routines in my newbie days by occasionally pushing the envelope and staying in the tube for longer periods of time and pushing the pressure out of newbie ignorance. I endured the delight of a temporary huge fat dick, but also major donuting followed by a deflation of my size and much tissue stress. Oftentimes, it would appear that my dick would actually shrink in size the next day, but then I noticed that after 3-4 days of recovery I’d be back to normal and slightly bigger. A little light went on in my head telling me that maybe something was working well, but there was some kind of balance that needed to be struck. Thus more experimentation occurred, and in time more reliability started to occur in my results. All of this brought me eventually to Thundersplace and the sharing of my own experiences.

I will say that in the last 2 years, I have been much more consistent, if not somewhat obsessed with PE’ing energized by the knowledge that continuing dick growth is always possible.Presently,I do shock routines maybe once in three-four weeks, since it takes much more time and privacy commitment during my regular life. Regular and steady fits better into my schedule most of the time.

Thanks for the explanation, now it makes sense to me.

I’m new to pumping and have done some shock routines recently, but I feel it stresses my penis too much. I’m pretty sure there’s some inflammation going on in my penis after such a session, I actually feel a little sick, and my penis is shriveled and very warm. These symptoms subside after a few days rest. So the shock routines is definitely something I will put on hold till I get more used to pumping.

Jambaz, that’s interesting. If there’s imflammation and it gets warm, then it’s healing up. isn’t it? I wonder if this would be a good time to wrap or something, so it heals longer maybe. Too bad a guy couldnt stay in the pump on low pressure (like 1 hg maybe?) for that next three days, maybe it would cement bigger! Just an idea… what do you guys think?

electron, yeah I would say it’s healing up. I’m uncertain if healing up in an extended state would help with gains. I have read of some people who got gains from this and some who didn’t notice any difference in gains. I will try ADC all day clamping when my penis is more conditioned.
