Good gain possible without extended pumping?

I have other people in the house and 20 mins is the max I can keep myself in the bathroom. Is good gain still possible if I keep my pumping routine short and at a healthy pressure?

Can you get a warm-up and maybe some stretching beforehand?

If 20 minutes is all you have I would focus on other exercises and not pumping. I have better results from stretching or jelqing for short periods than pumping for that short a period. That’s my experience.

Sure. I mean 20 mins is all I can get in the pump.

Not a big fan of jelq as my circ scar is susceptible to donut effect. I do manual stretching before and after pumping with some massaging as well.

I would think that pumping would be more inclined to cause a donut than jelqing. Have you tried a different jelqing method (assuming you’re using the “OK” grip) such as RB’s dry jelq?
