Just bought a heat pad and I kind of like it with the pump. My dick gets that healthy pinkish glow afterwards. It feels much better than cold pumping. I want to experiment and wondering if there’s any danger to pump for an extended session, like 30 mins to an hour, with the heat pad at moderate pressure (around 4 Hg In)?

I do 2 to 3 Hg for an hour with no problems… I also use heat…

Do you get better gain with the longer sessions?

In my view, you should take a break after 8-10 minutes, and get the circulation going with massage and light jelq for a minute or two.Then go back into the tube.

a529612 - I don’t think the “More is better” works here. The ol American philosophy if “1 is good then 2 is better” could get you into trouble when pumping. Longer sessions = donuts and other problems. Do jelqs in between your pump sessions to add to the effect of the workout.

Being persistent and consistent and it will pay off with gains.
