my dick when its in the pump and erect will tend to push up against the side as my curve is like a banana. i feel this puts extra sensitivity on the head and makes me feel like im gonna cum even at only 3-4hg. i imagine most people are straight dicked or if curved, not erect enough to have the head pressing hard against the cylinder.

I also curve up and the glans hits the side of my tube. I feel the pressure, but not more sensitivity. I have to be cautious not to bruise my glans. I also make sure it is well lubed to reduce friction and sticking.

I’ve read that fibrosis causes curves because regions of the fascia have lost their elastic qualities relative to the rest of the fascia. Do you see any evidence for that idea? Are there areas of the fascia or internal tissue that seem thicker, tougher, less elastic than others when flaccid that you think contribute to your curve?

Also, what is the firmness of the CS? Could it be that the CS is particularly well inflated and that is why the penis bends upwards?

Hi “not a digbick”, I am uncircumcised and my penis is banana curved, also have a curve to left and rotation to the left, inside the 2” tube with the pressure the penis gets the same shape as the cylinder, but in the 2.25” I feel that when you talk about the increase of sensitivity, but it happened in the beginning of my pumping journey, also using something behind the glans to brake the increase of fluids and flesh because that is what causes the increase in sensitivity in my opinion. I believe that in time this sensation will fade away.

I don’t know why guys feel the urge to cum inside the cylinder and pressure, I never felt that.

Sorry to intrude on your post but I’m not allowed to make threads yet for some reason.. When pumping. My penis goes all the way to 5.5 fully erect. Does that mean my penis has the capability to go to 5.5 permanently? How can someone achieve this without using the pump

I think it should be possible for a new account to be able to post to the penis enlargement basics forum section.

Permanent is kind of a challenging thing for a body composed entirely of impermanent things. I think you could grow to a larger size than 5.5”. I don’t know your starting erect length so I don’t know if 5.5” is realistic from hand techniques, but many people, myself included, have been able to make significant gains using hand techniques. Though I think there is a major advantage to using a pump long term.

I think that is a realistic outcome for manual PE.

There is a connection between the pumped size and stretched flaccid length for people that have done PE for some time, an increase in either of those seems to indicate growth will be occurring.

For a person just starting PE, that difference between erect size and pumped or stretched size is large, but for people who have done PE for some time it seems to be smaller. In my case the stretched flaccid length and the erect length are very close, sometimes the same, and an increase to the stretched flaccid length seems to show up as an increase in erect length within a few months.

If I had to place a bet on whether or not you could reach 5.5” within a year and a half of consistent and not excessive PE, I would bet in favor of you reaching it. I think 1.2” of length gain is well within the normal range of progress for newbies.

I do think it would be easier and more likely that you reach that size within a year and a half using light pumping and light hanging though.
