Maybe a professional glass blower could make one? Like artist or bong maker type person. You have to record the conversation for us though, when you go to commission it.

I was going to take a glass blowing class and maybe rent time in the studio.

I’d just play it off as a lamp or bottle or decoration, definitely not a giant penis shaped cylinder wink wink.

how does lapump do their cylinders, injection molding?

maybe casting acrylic would be easier I have no idea

glass blowing a mold doesn’t seem too complicated, that would be the route I would take

The only nonstandard deviation width tubes that come to mind are made by CTC company, the same folks who make the DP4000.

so the glassblower advised me that I needed to contact a lampworker that blows scientific vacuum flasks and such with a torch. Something I could conceivably do myself as I have a torch.

Anyways, Swaffel mentioned while making his tubes, that he “laid glass over clay molding”. BeardedDragon informed me that he used fiberglass casting. now that’s interesting, but I would like to see what is happening in the tube.

Maybe I could cast acrylic very thick over a clay mold? Could I do it to a acceptable standard? do I need to contact an injection molding company with an exact blueprint?

some pump companies have informed me that they cannot create my design, given a sketch with the tools they have.

I feel like I’m just inches away from big dick island.

At the right temperature you could bend a 2.25” or 2.5” tube, and then use it with a silicone donut at the base. Would have a similar effect overall. I’ve seen youtube video of people bending acrylic using a normal oven. There’s also lots of youtube on how to cast fiber glass.

hahaha you never take the tube off, eventually your dick will break the tube at the base similar to a cable clamp, that’s when you know it’s time to move on to the next size

Hang for length and then work girth
