Anyone seen girth results from pumping?

I pumped twice a day for 20 minutes at 5 hg, five or six days a week and once a week for 45minutes at 4 hg. I gained 1/4 inch in perminant gains a year for four years. I can now temporarily increase girth by an additional 1/2” by pumping for 10 to 15 minutes prior to sexual activity.

When I started stretching and jelqing, I gained about half an half an inch in length, and about the same in girth.

When I started pumping, I would notice that I would go from 6 inches erect to 6 and a half inches in the tube in terms of length, and slowly, over time, I would have temporary gains in girth, getting up to about 5 3/4th.

I stopped when I was no longer living on my own, and I settled on 6 and a quarter in length and 5 and a half in girth.

I stretched, and did some jelqing, hoping to gain back lost length, and started pumping again. Now, I can pump to seven inches, my erections are 6 and a half out of the tube, I am starting to fill my tube girth wise, and I can get girth to over 6 inches. I do ten minutes in the pump, with light pressure, slowly raising pressure each ten minute session, and now have progressed to 10 minutes in, five minutes out, and a total of four sessions. I do it every two to three days.

In the end, my flaccid hang is better, my erections is slowly getting more larger, and I feel that allowing the penis to ease into it, and being able to over time get a good stretch in the tube is slowly helping me to excel past what I was doing with manual stretching and jelqing ever did.

It is a slow and steady process.

I’m getting amazing results from combining my pumping and my penimaster extender. I was hoping my length would rapidly increase—it is, but it’s my girth that is really increasing. My glans has really exploded in size where now my glans are starting to touch the sides of my 2 1/4 tube.


Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 8" 6/10/19 in tube. 6/10/19 BPEL 7.7", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm

That’s awesome to know that pumping works for girth. I am working on length first then girth. I haven’t measured in a month but I think I am at 7” now….I started at 5.875” April 2019 and now at 7” (or very very close to 7”) solely from hanging.

After reading this I’m definitely buying a pump soon! I’ve been doing 15 mins. Jelq, 8 min. Stretch & 3-4, 10-15 clamping sessions, 2 on 1 off, for almost 2 months.(also about an hour BTC stretch almost every day) I’ve gained .25” in length in the last 2 months, now up to 7”. I’m now almost 14 months into my journey, & have gained approximately .25”-.375” in girth. Now 4.875”.

I feel I have sorta plateaued, though I just started doing ulis #3 yesterday. I think they will help, but I’m gonna get the pump and add both. Hopefully the gains continue! I think doing the ulis while 80% erect, in the clamp should definitely help.

I’ve been doing a lot of reading on here, to learn all I can about pumping and I’m gonna go for it. From what I’ve read, most say pumping does help girth.

I went from 11cm to 13.5 in 10 weeks. It is really addicting

I got a whole lot veinier from pumping, but not much girth - around 1/8”. But I’m not very dedicated either - four times a week for about 20min generally, but I also have taken several month-long breaks. More than 20 minutes and I start getting crazy fluid buildup. I don’t think I got any gains at all before I started wrapping an infrared heating pad around it during use, but I think I have a very tough tunica.
