Has anyone seen results for girth from using a pump? Please anyone who has experience…

If so,

How much did you gain?
How long are your pump sessions?
Will mild/medium pressure work for girth?

Any suggestions to fix or avoid discoloration from pumping?

Hi, Reading through this forum I found lots of members reporting gains from pumping, some with pumping only routine, others with mixed routine ( jelq pump stretch, etc), have a look at pumping 101 , at least the first 10 pages, it is full of good info.


Start 2017 BPEL 19cm (7.5 in), mseg 13,4cm (5,3in)

I’ve tried to read as many people’s experiences all through out the forum. It seems that pumps do work and do work better for girth than length based on what PE people say…there’s the other side of the coin where a lot of people say pumping doesn’t work and the gains are just temporary. I would like someone who does have experience pumping has seen results and can give advice on how much pressure, duration of session, and other information.

I’m currently hanging and have seen tremendous length results in a short period of time…after I’m done hanging I want to pick up pumping and just cement my gains at the same time work on girth.

I started all this pe stuff to get length, not girth. But I figured a little girth wouldn’t hurt so I added pumping into my routine.

Boy, was I wrong. I got a complaint from the wife that my dick was too big and it was hurting her. So I’m pretty much off of pumping…

Routine and gains?

Different routines will work differently for different people. You just have to make a start and see what works for you. Just because a certain routine got results for one person, doesn’t mean that same routine will get the same results for everyone else who does it. Start with a couple ten minute sessions at low vacuum, and see how it feels. I got all my girth gains, about a half inch, in around a year with a real consistent pumping routine. I started with short, low vacuum sets, and increased the time and vacuum level, until I was doing twenty minutes sessions at high vacuum about five days a week. My routine over a year is pretty well recorded in the “Raybbaby’s Bathmate log” thread. Good luck.

I got a pump to help with ED from BP medicine. While using it my dick started to grow. I used the Penomet high pressure water pump. High pressure caused discoloration and red spots and a broken blood vessel. I made gains doing 20-30 minutes 5 days a week.

Then I plateaued after 2 years.

I switched to low pressure air pumping and returned to jelqing for warmup and started gaining again. Started at 20 mins 5 days a week and worked up to an hour then plateaued again after a year or so. I’ve taken off for 4 months and kept all my gains. Starting again soon at 20 mins 5 days a week.

I’m a beginner, but the first 2 months or so I was just warming up and doing short sets of low pressure. The past few weeks I’ve been testing my limits. For example, one day I tried a half hour at 7hG. It didn’t feel like 7hG because the tube I was using was a size too large. That was a mistake. I got a nice sized donut plus lots of fluid. Yesterday I did the same but stayed between 3-5hG. Not much fluid but red spots. That tells me to stick to 15-20 minute sets for a while and work up to 30 minutes. I think the consensus is that longer times in the tube produce results, not high pressure.

Pumping and clamping helped with my girth. You have to start slowly as everyone has different tolerance levels.

It’s just opinion. I think there are 2 different things. When person see edema, then it’s not gains, but fluids building up. That probably leads to situation why people see gains and think it’s temporary. But in reality it’s more like injury, which of course is healed soon. For proper gains we need to stretch tissue and here is why pumping can work for one, but not for another person. If routine gives such expansion, then it might work. If not, then another way of force applying needed. It’s quite speculation, but I’ve noticed for fast and stable gains, expansion must be 1/2 inch or more. When we talk about some small difference like 1/8 inch, then it’s close to natural size change. When I push kegel, I get near that girth increase and I haven’t noticed significant girth gains with such exercise besides erection difference. So I suppose anything lower than that at best can give small gains in very long time (1+ year) or none at all. We probably need at least 1/4 inch expansion for that. And when people see huge expansion like 3/4 or even 1 inch difference, then it gives extremely fast results. But again, I talk about tissue stretching, not edema.

For example, I have quite some pubic fat and thick pump’s cap, so when I loosely start with it, I fill only around 7 1/8 length. But during pumping session, I start to push 8 1/8 ceiling of pump. Part of that comes from pubic fat, so I would say it’s around 1/2 inch difference. If I do pumping for significant time, not only I push ceiling, but half of my glans is completely pressed and distorted by it, so it’s even more. And I see very fast gains from that. It’s visible in weeks, not even months. But at the same time, I don’t see much of girth expansion, so I mostly need to do other exercises for that.

It seems everyone has their own methods but one thing is consistent throughout the answers in the forums is that: Slowly increasing pressure and duration over time and consistency is the best thing to do for pumping.

Luckily girth isn’t much of a concern for me (apparently 5.375” girth isn’t bad at all.) My goal is to get between 5.5” to 6.0”, nothing more. I will keep the site posted on my girth gains in the future

Pumping results are always temprory. I think people calls permenent if results stays for a day. After 2 days always you turn back original size.

I am pumping for 3 years. I just only like it’s giving blowjob feelings.

Truth be told, I think in my case both pumping and clamping worked well for me. I may actually go back at start exploring the sessions once held which incorporated pumping with light clamping.

I am no expert nor do I have experience but it sounds like you’re not consistently using it. From what I understand you’re supposed to pump pretty much everyday for a period of time (months to years) until you start seeing permanent results slowly build over time.

Is this correct? Can someone verify that this is correct?

How often do you pump? How long are you sessions? How many days a week do you pump?

Yes that is correct. Pumping 3-4 times a week for a year was when I learned the length and girth increase I got was permanent.
