The pumping with heat is great for me lately but.

The only downfall for me for whatever reason is I am having a problem using my PM (Penimaster) thru out the day I keep get head numbness and I had no problems for a while prior and was getting 6-8 hours in 30-60 or ninety minute intervals. It is hard to get a few minutes now. Any pumpers and PM users want to comment, the only one I know of is Supersizeit.

I find that numbness is often an indication that you have the fastener on too tight or you have poor blood circulation or a combination of the both—the latter can be helped by incorporating some normal exercise in your day, at least 20 min of cardiovascular 3-4 times a week as a bare minimum. I will often inspect the head of my penis every like 20 min by touching it to see if there is numbness, If it feels like a warm piece of meat—I continue.

If it feels numb and cold—I stop and take a break. I always play it be ear with safety in mind.

Try reducing the tension so that you only see no more than 2 or 3 of the notches on the retraction and see if you can at least do some brisk walking everyday. I will often use the pump after my session with the PM.

I thought it was something to do with the pumping. Oh well I am at the gym 4-5 days a week already. I will get it taken care of some how.

I usually pump after using the Penimaster, not before. Give that a try, it might just help.

I totally agree. :buttrock: I think that pumping after your PM session solidifies and stabilizes the results of the PM workout and stretch like a cementing effect. I really think that something real good is happening on a cellular level with that awesome combination! Its just my gut instinct on that one but it would be nice to see some scientific study or theory on it.

It seemed good for a little while and now for the last three days (pump) and four days PM, I have been off due to numbness and lack of erections.

Fine line for me I guess..

Hmmmmm Sounds like you are over-training and you are doing the right thing now—back off—and get some needed rest. It may just be the thing that your penis is desperately craving right now so that it has time to adapt and come back even stronger and more tolerant of the stress you have been placing it under. Learn your body’s signals—listen to it as opposed to a strict regimen and schedule and you will do better in the long run.

If you normally have no erection problem and then, after PE, you experience one, you are doing something wrong to your dick.

A good idea, I think, is to end each PE session with a good hard-on. What you decide then to do with that is your decision and if you decide to jerk off or whatever, that won’t affect your gains.

If you can’t get hard after your session, review what you did during the session and cut down on whatever exercise stresses you the most; discard that exercise altogether or work up to it more slowly.

Well supersizeit and avocet8 thank-you for the good opinions and advice.

This is the stuff the frustrates the heck out of me. And most of the reason why I keep throwing my hands up and saying wtf. This is my third attempt and it is always something. The first time it was jelqing only and that worked for appx 1/4” and then nothing so I thought why waste the time, and soon stopped after a few months. Then the second time I did a combo of things hanging,pumping and very little jelqing and it was all great again I thought I go my 1/4” and then no more again and it seemed if I took a rest day or two when I came back is when I would cause a injury down there. So then I said again more than likely whats the point. And now this time same thing happening I got my 1/4” that I lost and got back now a few times so what. And this time I got about 6 weeks again and now it starts all over. And this time it had the worst effect ever has far has erection goes. So know it seems all the hours (appx 150 - this time around) I put in are lost again. That stinks..So now I start over maybe I will start with a very very light routine of some kind. I like pumping, but I’m confused about it again, if its causing the problem or what was the main cause.??????

So any good suggestions for a very very basic program.

It also seems a lot of the good gainers made good gains with one or at the most two forms of PE..ie..jelqing or pumping or jelqing and stretching so forth. So to many things is to many period. So I go back to the drawing boards and how many days do I take off, do I wait until I get a natural hard again even if it takes up to 2 weeks. Would you say do any stretching?
