Would it be better to wait until I can do 2 hours or is a limited routine ok?

Would it be better to wait until I can do 2 hours or is a limited routine ok?

So I can really only get 1 session in at the end of the day due to rushing around for the next two weeks. Would it be good to keep going with the 1 hour a day or would that be to much healing time between sets? If it would be too much time, should I just take a few weeks off until I can do the full two one hour sets per day?

I am using a Vac hanger at 6.5 lbs and I am a fast gainer if that matters.

Consistency is good. Taking time off and you’re most likely having to drop down the weight when resuming PE.

On the other hand, this is a long term project anyway, so killing yourself trying to get in some PE during a busy week might not be worth it either.

I started hanging myself recently (Bib Hanger) and I know that there will be busy weeks. When those happen, I’ll do my best to get in at least one set per day for maintenance.

Ok, so there is no deficit that you know of when only getting in one set?

No deficit. Something is always better than nothing.

Goal: BPEL 9” & MSEG 6”
