Where can I find hanging instructions?

I need hanging instructions, not routines, I mean the actual description of in-detail-this-is-how-you-do-a-hanging-set.

Practice getting your gear off quickly and safely. Have a good place to stash your hanger right where you do your hanging routine. Always have your clothing with you where you hang. Practice getting dressed, stashing your gear, and policing up the area. Have some excuses for what you were doing though out ahead of time.

Thanks. Altough I still don’t understand HOW do I hang? Just straight down or should I stand in some other angle? I hear people talking about hitting the ligs, but where can I find instructions on how to do this? Should I just try and see what feels best?

Just learn how to do the basic hang straight down first. You can do this for several months before you even have to worry about doing any fancy angle stuff. Learning a good straight down technique will allow you to tackle the other stuff later.
