What does high hanging and stretching means?

According to the LOT theory my lot is 7-8 and it says that Low hanging and stretching should be coupled with high hanging and stretching. What does that mean? I currently hang 20-40 mins a day and use my ADS for a couple of hours. Should I hang from another angle or what?

As it seems brother, people are saying not to pay attention to the LOT theory. About the rest I do not know.

Yeah I wouldn’t bother with the LOT theory. Hang BTC to exhaust your ligs then if your gains stop or you don’t gain at all after a few months then move into tunica hanging exercise.
