OK so I’ve ben hanging everyday now for a minimum of 1 hour.this Monday, after a 1 week of no hanging I hung 3 sets of 17 lbs.( changing from BTC to SD) and after my dick looked like it had to be 9X6 (I started at 7.5X5.5) it was kinda scary because it was totally bigger, and PE is fake..right guys? the next day it went to 8.40+(around 7.5+ NBPEL, but I’m fat)so still bigger than before ,but have anyone out there seen these awesome after good P.E workout gains then seen them drop down?, is this a good sign of things to come? my LOT is 9.00 and I hang mostly SD and BTC. when do I know my ligs are done?I still hit fatigue at every set, I guess my question goes to people that gained 1.5 inches+ with hanging.when did you know to switch angels, how do you know your lig gains are done for?I wish bib was here but I’m sure the vets here can help me.

The other thing I find interesting is, I once read here one of the vet hangers had a theory that 10lbs hung = 1 inch EL gain, my gains seam to back up this idea , I know that the anatomy of every penis is different, but there must be an average mean to the poundage that the average penile anatomy will deform under,.just a thought.any ideas?


Reread this first(all 3 threads contained therein) in order to get a clarification of the way LOT works. Hanging SD and BTC with a lot of 9:00 is going to get you the most effective workout. Keep checking on your LOT once a month. When it hits 7:00 then start hanging at higher angles.

The elusive beast named fatigue…well it’s one of those things you just know. The way I know it’s time to drop weight is when I’m staring at the clock for the last five minutes of a set. It’s just too much for my ligs to hang comfortably anymore.

Many guys report that their penis is bigger after a workout. Unfortunately it shrinks as part of the healing process. Perhaps you could build an All Day Stretcher to hold the tissues of the penis in an elongated state while they heal. Seems to work well for a lot of guys.

Where did you get the idea that 10lbs hung = 1 inch erect length gained? Could you do me a favor and point me to the thread?

Antistar, thanks for the reply.I belive I understand LOT and I’m definatley hiting fatige, as for an ADS I traction wrap for the hours between my sets. when I hit 9 inch bpel. I’ll post pics of the bib in use and my gains.. It may take a while but if I can hit 1.5 gain ebpl. I’ll be realy excited

If your going to solidify those gains you really need to do an ADS.

I use golf weights between heavy hangings. They are really light in comparison but they do the trick for keeping what you’ve gained. They can be worn all day. They’ll act as a traction wrap and tension at the same time.

Could someone please hip me to what golf weights are and how to use them?

Golf weights are rings made out of metal coated with a soft plastic used to slide over a golf club handle. It gives extra weight that allows for strength development in the wrists and arms. We use them directly on the penis shaft held on by a wrap of soft material. They provide a constant tug at low weights that help solidify gains from other hanging routines. They can be found at sporting goods stores, Walmart’s, Golfing supply houses. Or you could buy some from me but they are heavier and provide more stealth.
