Tunica Hangers Come Forth

I have an uninformed question guys. Straight down and BTC I can handle but when you go to straight out or over the shoulder with any heavy weights at all (20 lbs or more) doesn’t it cause like a bit of an off balance?

What I mean is, doesn’t it lift your ass right off the seat?

I know, dumb question but I only weigh in at 148 pounds. Seems like it might become a real balancing act for me.

Is it time to put on the 5-point harness and put some weights on the chair?

By the way I think a bicycle cable would be best for less friction.

If you wear a backpack do you fall over? Don’t worry about it. I’m sure your muscles are capable of compensating. If they are not, I recommend eating occasionally.

There is definatately no way that could happen. Think physics - If you are hanging the weight over your shoulder it would be pulling you where? down…

been tunica hanging off and on…….kinda in denial after lig hanging for a while with fast fast gains.

Gained about 1.75 inches length from lig.

So far only .25 inches in length from tunica. The thing is, tunica stretching needs to be done for longer bouts of time (2 hours or more at a time, i believe).

It requires heavier weights, and weird angles like described above. What i would suggest, as BIB himself has suggested, is to pick an angle (over the left shoulder) and hang till you feel fatigued there, and then switch to over the right shoulder, so that you isolate what tunica is still “not fatigued”

Then go to SO (straight out), then fulcrum, over the leg (left and right), etc.

Keep switching it up once you are fatigued in one area.

I will admit, the tunica gains have come much faster once i incorporated pumping sessions into my workouts….with my newly acquired vacutech.

I need to soon use an ADS (maybe those golf weights).

I cannot comment on gains yet, but I can comment on what I just experienced.

Due to my low LOT, I’ve been hanging almost straight up (11 o’clock to be exact) and SO for now, working the tunica since it should give me the best gains. Anyways, hanging upwards isn’t really that comfortable although it gives me a great stretch in the lower section of the inner penis, it feels as a strong pull that resides behind the balls and spreads to the sides of the inner shaft — very nice. But SO also gives me a good feeling, it doesn’t work so much behind the balls but it seems to stress the inner penis at the [external] penis base, around where the ligs also are.

Anyways, I’ve been hanging 1-2 hours each day possible, due to privacy issues this means two- three days on most, then one- two off. I’d estimate I got something like 6-8 hours last week, and some three hours this week already. As I was just hanging half an hour ago, I was 14 minutes into my fourth 20min set today when I felt what I now consider a total fatigue:

I started hanging today with 16.5lbs SO (my office chair takes some of the weight due to friction, so I don’t know the exact weight hitting the penis — I just go by feel) and did so for three 20min sets. It started to feel somewhat uncomfortably heavy by the third set so I decided to take a break and continue with 11lbs. So I had lunch and returned to hanging with 11lbs. At 14 minutes I noticed a slight burn at the [penis] base, which in one minute grew into a considerable burn, which then would’ve grown into pain so I stopped. All this while I didn’t move and I never experience any skin stretch (uncut), so the “shaft burn” kind of came out of nowhere. Now there’s a sign of fatigue if I ever saw one. I took a five minutes break and tried to hang some more with only 5.5lbs, but in a minute or two, the burning sensation came back. I’m done for today, that’s for sure.

I just wanted to share this experience with other hangers, especially low LOT hangers. I definitely believe that with commitment, tunica gains are definitely there.

I’m curious - is it just that some guys will experience a sudden fatigue and others a slower incremental fatigue?
Are guys like sixrod experiencing growth up until that point of fatigue?

And is the idea of working a fatigued angle counter-productive or too dangerous?
I always thought it was important to try and get the most out of a fatigued state. Am I wrong to hang when fatigued even if it’s very light weight?

My guess is I reached some threshold point at which the micro-tears were about to become macro-tears and my body wisely decided to inform me, thus the burn. It might be that your unit can handle more stress or that the stress is spread to different points at your body, for me it seemed to be very centralized to the base and sides (not top or bottom) of the penis.

I can not explain why the sides, as I believe the tunica goes all around the penis the stress should also be “more round” ? It might either be that I can’t really listen to my body yet (a placebo effect since I know the corpus cavernosa are side by side?) OR that the stress really is hitting the corpus cavernosa— what this means regarding the tunica stretching, I cannot tell. I will measure for gains in four weeks or so, and if I’ve gained, I will continue, if not, I will target higher hanging angles for the deep inner penis and/or behind the balls feeling.

And working in a state of fatigue— like I said, I *tried* 5lbs. Couldn’t hang that for more than a minute or two. I’m taking that as a definite sign to rest and heal. Fatigue normally (from my little experience) comes slowly to me, too, the other day I hung 2.5hrs but I used less and less weight each set, according to feeling. Today, I must’ve started in a semi-fatigued state already, so I reached total fatigue quickly.

You are correct in all of that. But at some point, there is failure. That is what sixrod’s situation sounded like to me. You want to ride the fatigue as long as possible, and I believe sixrod did that. He went from 16.5 down to 11. Then had failure even at five. That may be a little quicker than normal, but I experienced similar days in my hanging career. You put on a low weight, and the unit says”no way”.

I would think it would not only vary between guys, but also days and penis condition.

I would think so. But I believe most of the real progress occurs when hanging in the fatigued state. But when you reach total fatigue, just stop.

If you reach that no mas state, you are risking injury. If you can lower the weight and continue, then great.

No, that is fine. But sixrod tried at five, less than one third of his max, and could not do it. He was correct in stopping.

I calculated my LOT. IT is 6 o’ clock if I even have a LOT. I will be focusing exclusively on OTS from now on.

I use the Bib Hanger, one strip of theraband and dumbbell weight plates. Hanger very slightly toed-out and bottom gap slightly opened from closed position. I’m uncut so I got plenty of skin, I wrap pretty much like Stillwantmore’s pictures at Bibhanger.com show (except I use theraband). When hanging, the glans stays apart from the hanger, or barely touches, and the inner penis structure ends up taking the stress. After trying out some home made hangers, I can vouch for the Bibhanger, my previous hangers were like ten part puzzles that took ten minutes to adjust for each hanging set. Now, if I’m already wrapped, I grab the hanger and one or two minutes later I’m hanging.

BBS, i was hanging OTS up until september laying back on my bed and using a dog lead to over my chest and shoulder to hold the weights. I think this may have caused some friction and meant my penis wasnt taking all off the weight, however as i was still fatigueing i wasnt too concerned. I didnt make any gains and have only been using a manual stretch routine since, i am now going to try and take some time off pe completely which i know i am going to find hard as i feel very guilty when i dont do any pe. When the christmas holidays are over i will get back into hanging and give OTS another go along with fulcrum hanging, maybe i’ll try and set something up like SS4, it seems if you have a low LOT that it will take months at least if not years to make any sort of gains, however i am hopeing that once those gains arrive others will follow shortly.

Enough said as far as low LOT/Tunica gains go.

By the way, for most, even with a high LOT it will still take a few months (if not a year) to get good gains. Its not like high LOTers are slapping on inches overnight.
