Just wanted to hear from any tunica hangers (Low LOTers) and hear about their schedules, angles used, trials/tribulations,etc. and of course GAINS!!!

OK I’ll start it off with a question….are you guys using a pulley system or what?

I curently hang my weights over a free standing towel rack I have. Does the friction from the bar reduce the amount of weight my unit is getting pulled?

How about an answer from a non hanger?

It shouldn’t do, you’re effectively V-stretching so the forces are going to be nicely vectored.

Anyway don’t you have enough skin movement to mean that the only friction you’re likely to encouter is between the inner penis and the skin?

Hey BBS, glad to see you’re back. Try a search on fulcrum hanging. Jelktoid has a good thread or several on that. I think SS4 has a diagram here somewhere showing his under the table set-up.

Hanging over a padded broomstick (with my dick/hanger turned 90 degrees sideways to take pressure off the urethra) for a few months gave me some base girth and a little length.

It’s not really a fulcrum….it’s more like a “crane” The weights are attached to a cord that extends up and over one of the bars on the towel rack. My dick is like between 45 and 80 degrees depending on how close the towel rack is.

If that clears it up any….

ok, new question…..does fulcrum hanging pose any merit for Tunica hangers (people using the higher angles)? I mean how would you do it? It seems fulcrum hanging is more set up for lower angle hanging…….

I just started hanging last week so I haven’t hung anyting except straight down or BTC.

I’ve been thinking about different angles of stretching like straight out, over the shoulder and think that using a bicycle brake cable and the housing to accomplich this. I think it would reduce the friction and would eliminate the pullys.

I hang the same way, all angles above 9. I have the weight also on a towel holder, so I can either have it pull straight out, or higher. SS4Jelq would know more. Hopefully he reads this and chimes in.

It definately feels like the bar is taking most of the work until I go higher up in weight…

Hey, guys

I’m still pretty new to this site so this idea is probably not new, but for what it is worth instead of trying to find ways to hang weights for high angle tunica work, without friction robbing some of the pull, try connecting your various hangers to a strong elastic band of some sort, such as a bungee cord. Loop the cord around the back of your neck so the pull is nearly straight up. The tension can be increased by simply tying knots in the bungee cord and attaching your hangers higher up. This really pulls those lower ligs beneath the scrotum, or so it feels. Once you really have your penis pulled as tight as you can tolerate it, do kegal and reverse kegals. Because of the high angle tension you can really get a tug of war going on between your penis and neck. The great thing about this type of stretching device is you can wear it under your clothes and because kegals are invisible you can do this anywhere. I’m doing it at work now as I type this. Up until I started this, my gains had only been in girth, but now I’m seeing some length gains also. I can’t be sure if the length gains have been completely due to this, because I’m doing other PE also, but I’m curious to see what you all think about this kind of stretching.

I had this problem when I was hanging. Just copy Bib’s idea. What you want to do is cut a strip of plastic from a gallon milk jug, about an inch wide (wider if you’re using wider rope) and about eight inches long. Duct tape it to the rope so that a sheer face is going to be able to contact the towel rack without the tape getting in the way. (Lay down the plastic, then rope on top, then duct tape face down over that) You want this sheer face to rub up against the towel rack while you hang.

I’m not sure of the physics, but it will definitely get rid of that feeling of the rope taking away some of the weight.

You’re right in thinking that this is probably nothing new, as I’m sure many have done a variation of some kind on it. But I like your instincts.

I too have been using this “exercise” for some time with my Wench when my ligs have gotten beyond a safe level of fatigue and I want more tunica stretch. I’ts a very powerful stretch and I’ve come to refer to it as the “Neck-Tie” because of the shape the cord creates along the chest and abdomen (I also love silly names :) ).

I keep using the word “stretch” because a hanging “purest” might take issue with the fact that gravity doesn’t come into play with this configuration, and the inclination to give relief to the tunica by lightening/lessening tension at various intervals is too readily available and so often the case. It therefore runs against the grain of the traditional formula at the very heart of hanging: Weight + Time= Growth. It might be better categorized as a stretching technique.

One thing I’ve learned is that it is much easier to execute and tolerate if done while wearing a collared shirt - By simply placing the cord under/behind the collar (ala neck-tie) you give great relief to the skin and muscles in your neck and also increase your willingness to take the stretch to it’s limits. This won’t work if you’re using this exercises in a stealth fashion, of course - but it helps when doing it in privacy.

I don’t use a bungee cord, preferring instead to use the long version of the nylon strap that comes complimentary with the Captn’s Wench when promotional consideration is provided - such as the shameless plug I am now perpetrating :D

I fo feel like the friction takes away from the weight. For example, 5 lbs. hanging stright down feels heavier than 5 lbs. straight out or higher, because of the bar. I may try that suggestion with the milk carton piece.
I think going higher up in weight, when you are hitting the upper angles is okay - as long as you aren’t hurting yourself with such large weight.

As I understand it, the pulley will not reduce the weight, although you do have to ‘smooth’ the rope down to make sure it is tight. Be sure the hanger is tight enough when you do this. The fulcrum bar over your legs will actually increase the tension, because if it wasn’t there, the angle of the stretch would be lower, so the shaft must be exerting a downward force on the bar, which by Newtons law will exert an equal upward force. Or something along those lines anyway, it’s been a while since physics class.

The fulcrum used as shown in this diagram is also an effective way to target the inner penis, which would raise LOT when gains were made.

hobby likes to hang at a 90 degree angle so the side of the shaft is on the bar. For me, I didn’t have any problems with the urethra but I did get some soreness on the skin, both where it rested on the bar and occasionally in front if the skin was too tight between the bar and the hanger. Try hobby’s idea if you are worried.
