Tightness in the shaft... good?
I have been experimenting with PE for a while now, on and off (Mostly off :( ) but I just started hanging about a week ago. I bought a Redi Stretcher and it is a good product so far. Fast shipping, works as advertised, blah blah blah.
When I manual stretch (downwards), I grab more towards my head and pull straight down between my legs. I feel a soreness in my lower abdomen which I think is the ligs. But when I put the Redi Stretcher on, I attach it more towards the base than the head because of the instructions http://www.redi-stretcher.com/instructions.html . This feels like it puts a lot of stress inside my penis shaft probably an inch or two from up from the base, not exactly where I usually target with my manual stretches.
So my question is, for you experienced hangers, does this sound like a good area to target for fast length gains? Or should I put the stretcher up more towards my head and try to hit my lower abs like I do with my manuals? Or maybe a combination of both.. but I only have time for two 20 minute sessions a day with a 10 min rest in between. I am looking for the most effective stretch.
