Try heating between sets too, I find that it helps. Sometimes, if I am not lazy, I keep my heating pad on my ligs during a set too.

He might be talking about pressure on the ole nutties. Keep them out of the way or pull them “up” toward the base of your dick (and on either side of course) to get them out of the way. Sometimes I will move both of them to one side, then switch them after 10 min just to even things out.

I also did this. 10 minutes on each side of the sack each hanging session. However, I have stopped hanging. My wife has informed me that I cannot get any longer. I am banging the cervix to hard and it makes her feel uncomfortable for hours after.
