So I followed the instructions and made my own Captn’s Wench. Did three sets of BTC for 20 minutes with 5lbs. Light Jelq between sets to get the blood moving. After my last set, I jelqed one last time and got the most amazing erection I have had after any sort of PE work out. EQ was 100%+ and I was able to edge three times in less than 10 minutes. Is this a normal reaction to first time hanging? I didn’t get very cool at all and there was no noticeable loss in sensation. But the increase in hardness and sensation at the end was off the chart.

Maybe it’s normal. A couple weeks ago, I did a BTC stretch for the first time. Stretched for 30 mins. The next morning I had the hardest morning wood ever in the history of morning wood - a full blown boner. That’s sure to be a good sign.

I made a captains wench myself. I haven’t used it with any weight as of yet and I’m going to wait to measure this weekend to see if I I’m getting anything out of the newbie routine before I make a decision as to what I’m going to do next. So far I have been using the wench for manual stretches only. I really like how easy the wench was to make and how comfortable it is. I look forward to hearing about your progress with it. You seem to have done really well in a short amount of time with the routine you were using.

I too have a captains wench and will purchase weights to hang with.

Hanging gives me the greatest morning wood too.

how often do you guys hang for. Is it for 20 minutes and how many sets. Also when do you hang. Morning, afternoon, or evening? Please advise. I want to get some good gains as well. Thanks

I used a Wench after about the 3 month mark in my PE career. i was getting impatient and I felt that my gains had stalled.
Initially I was doing about 45 minutes a day and I got similar result … i.e. improved EQ and a meatier hang.
At the time I was hanging SD and using a space heater to apply heat.

Then I invested a Sunday afternoon reading pretty much everything that Bib had ever written and doing some additional focused thinking and resolved to make 3 changes to my hanging routine.

1. I increased my hang time from 45 minutes a day to 80 - 100 minutes a day (the objective was to log a minimum of 10 hours a week … this seemed to be the recommended minimum from what I read)
2. I switched my angle from SD to BTC. More specifically, I tried to have the hanging angle be a sever as possible and focus all of my hanging on the ligs. Again, this was what was recommended on Bibs site and on this site as well.
3. I switched my heat source from radiated heat from the space heater to direct heat using either a rice sock or a heating pad. I applied the heat on top of the base of my shaft to try and get it as close to the Lligs as possible since that was where I was looking for the gains.

I noticed a change int eh “feel” of my dick after the first week. THe best description that I can offer is that it felt like I was working out … there was a healthy soreness.

I saw an increase in my gains after about 4 weeks and have been experiencing continued gains ever since.
I have a significant stealth requirement and so i am not able to get in 10 hous a week (20 minute sets), but i am convinced that my gains are directly proportional to the time that i spend hanging.

I started my BTC hanging with 10 lbs and have not increased it yet because that is what is required to get me to fatigue in teh 20 minute set.

My intention is to continue the BTC hanging for at least 3 more months and assess whether my gains have stalled.
Once i think I have gotten the majority of my Lig Gains …. I will invest another sunday afternoon and come up with a means of affacking the tunica.

When you feel like you just can’t hang at that weight anymore. You must reduce the weight to continue.

REgarding fatigue … i went to Bib’s site and read and reread his post on fatigue.
He does a far better job of describing it that I will here but …

Hanging should not hurt … but there is a point when you feel a healthy soreness that would be uncomfortable to push too much further.
I try and make the weight hevey enough so that I get that feeline at about the 15 minute mark of a 20 minute set.

You’ve got some good gains + EQ! Great!

You guys and your morning wood! I haven’t seen that in at least 10 years. I hang daily for 2 sessions. Morning & night at 6.9 Lbs for 20-33 minutes each session. Then I jelq after the hanging for another 10-30 minutes. Plus I jelq from behind the balls for 20-30 strokes each hand after every urination throughout the day. Still I see no morning wood. I think that wood be gone. Is ok though because sex has been better and orgasms most intense of my life. I quit porn too and masturbation and am going to edge when I get time. Taxes have to get done. :) :( Oh well! I’ll keep hanging! Maybe I’ll measure in 2 weeks to see if I gain anything in that respect. For now the sex is great when I can corner the wife & pin her down. (about once a week)
