soreness Vs gain...taken for granted..input from vets?..
I will be completing my second year in PE soon. Gained 2/3 inch during this time. Have been hanging with regular BIB since August 2002. I get sore feeling in my ligaments but I seem not to gain lately. I keep in touch with the views on this board but I wonder what is limiting my gains when I do get sore from hanging. My current weight ranges from 16 to 20 lbs BTC while sitting at the edge of the chair coupled with DLD blasters. Have tried OTL and OTS hanging at times with a really stretched tunica. But the package seeems to be retracting back to its plateau size. Have made no gains since January this year. Does it mean I have reached the limit of my ligament gain component and should try the tunica only? Your thoughts will be much appreciated. Thanks.
