The reason I ask about 20 lbs is because that’s what hanging SU takes for me to get a good stretch. Using the bib (only while hanging 20lbs SU) causes too much pressure on the glans. At first there is no pressure, then after about 5 minutes I have to detach unless I want that “pins and needles” feeling for the next few hours.
So I wonder if I should try vac hanging? Can I hang 20lbs or more using a pulley?
