This is a BTC Lig Stretch routine…

Set your hanger up, lay on your back on your bed with the weights hangin off…

put your feet up on the bed too and then do sit ups!

Not only do you work out your abs, which without weights usually makes your dick recede like hell, but you stretch out ya ligs!

Interesting idea, but I don’t think I’m limber enough to let the hanger hang BTC and put my feet up on the bed at the same time. If I tried this, it would be more of a SD hang.

Have you had any success with it yet?

Well I can feel a hell of a stretch, so I believe it could be somthing good
