Question for BIB
I am now hanging strictly BTC, for 3 sets of 20 min. after my last talk with you regarding a concentration on the Ligaments as opposed to the tunica.
I am presently up to 12.5 for my last set and I can do all 3 sets BTC without a problem and have been doing so for about a month. Should I stick to the 3 sets of BTC for a while and continue to up the poundage or should I start to work other angles in yet?
