Personal experience/frame of refrence
I want to run this thought by you to see what you think. If the idea is nieve I’m sorry. There seems to be all theses new techniques and philosophies concerning P.E. Well, everybody is different…their penis, their gains, and perception of pain or discomfort and so on. It is hard to ask someone what is painful? when should I stop for the day?, because, of course, pain is a matter of personal refrence. So rather than ask you for a “measurement,” like how much is too much?, I should focus on more of a philosophy right? Rather than attack the penis to force growth, should I have an easy does it to max fatigue? Now I know that sounds generic, and easily answered with common sense, but the end result is what I’m after. Is total fatigue okay provided I do it in an easy does it kinda way? And when determining a limit to a routine, rather than focus on just a number of sets….really rely on the sensation of a fatigued penis to determine when I should quit? And should my daily goal be fatigue?
