I want to run this thought by you to see what you think. If the idea is nieve I’m sorry. There seems to be all theses new techniques and philosophies concerning P.E. Well, everybody is different…their penis, their gains, and perception of pain or discomfort and so on. It is hard to ask someone what is painful? when should I stop for the day?, because, of course, pain is a matter of personal refrence. So rather than ask you for a “measurement,” like how much is too much?, I should focus on more of a philosophy right? Rather than attack the penis to force growth, should I have an easy does it to max fatigue? Now I know that sounds generic, and easily answered with common sense, but the end result is what I’m after. Is total fatigue okay provided I do it in an easy does it kinda way? And when determining a limit to a routine, rather than focus on just a number of sets….really rely on the sensation of a fatigued penis to determine when I should quit? And should my daily goal be fatigue?

what someone else finds painful is not relevant, what YOU do is.

Start out easy and learn to know your boundaries, then push them slowly as much as you think is safe, on the no side of pain but edge of uncomfortable.

In manuals they often teach you to do a certain rutine with a fixed number of repetitions, I´m not a big fan of that myself. That´s not how I work out, sometimes I´m stronger, sometimes I´m weaker, either way I push myself to fatigue. To me that makes more sense, but you have to know your body.

I don´t think your daily goal should be fatigue, I just think it should be your goal to reach that point and feel it, and work from there. You probably wont be able to do it every day, and I don´t think it´s good either. You need time to recover, then it takes time to get fatigued again. Concentrate less on the time frame and more on the feeling.

You are correct that it is hard to explain. When you say,”easy does it to max fatigue”, that can be correct. But it does not have to be slow during a session. IOW, much depends on the condition of your penis at any one time.

There are several settings concerning your question. The first must be starting out. At this point, you do not know what level of stress is appropriate to simply give fatigue, and not injury. So, you start slow, and work up slowly over a few weeks till you reach fatigue.

Once you reach this level of stress, it is easier to control from then on, unless you take an extended break. You may have to raise your max weight from time to time. You hopefully will have to lower weight during a session. But you try to stick around that level of stress that keep the fatigue and does not cause any pain.

Once you have become fatigued, it is much easier to simply maintain the fatigue.

The important thing is to go slow as you move up in weight or time over the days and weeks. You want to reach fatigue, but you must work up to the stress levels which bring fatigue slowly so that you do not bypass the correct level and injure yourself.

Thanks for you help guys, I guess the thing is to find out for myself what I can by slowly, SLOWLY testing the limits of where I currnetly am at…so I’ll get on it, and thanks again for your time and help
