I recently went up in weight by about 5# to shock the ligaments. Problem is, the pulling of the skin rides up over the bottom of the head and causes friction rub. I have stretched out the skin as far as I can while wrapping and I have the Bib just behind the head so it hooks and doesn’t just pull the skin like placement further back does.
I can hang the weight with no problem but the “burn” kills me and then I can’t do more than 1-2 sessions a day. Does anyone know of anything that would numb the little bit of affected skin? I know, no pain, but it’s skin pain as opposed to
