It seems to me that the best time to wear an ADS is after a workout. Once your tissues have been stretched and fatigued you want to keep them stretched out while they rest and rebuild. I’ve been doing this for several months now after pumping workouts and I think I’m seeing definate flaccid gains and I am pumping farther in the tube.
I haven’t measured my erect length for fear of dissapointment. I rarely measure anymore. I’ll probably measure when I see some unmistakable gains.

I.e., I use an ADS after a ‘full’ workout (pumping/clamping/etc.) and also after hanging.
Don’t measure much anymore, either. I just wrap my fingers around the top of the tube when pumping. When I see a half-finger-width increase, I’m happy :-)
