2nd goal is BPEL 7.750 NBPEL of 6.250" and EG 6" - Long term goal is NBPEL 8" - Girth 6.50

Ok guys I measured the other day and might have got a 1/16th but that’s hard to measure. Just once or more often :) I’d like to see a true 1/4” growth at one time. I moved the weight up. I’m now hanging 11.25 lbs for 1.5 hrs with one break between. I’m feeling a stretch but I’m also makeing my circ scar area sore (bottom ridge of head). I’m using my H/Vac.

I’m a big guy with strong bones (never broke any playing sports) and I’m guessing strong ligs. I’ve been hanging more SO but major is still SD. I’m going to start hanging with varied weights like was suggested earlier. So how should I go about it from what I’ve told you?

After hanging season, use your vac.hanger as ads for 2-4 hours daily….

Congrats wantit2bbig on the 1/16” gain. Go ahead take it as real. You saw it.
I too would love to see a 1/4” at one time. That would blow me away. I call that a “Mandingo Moment” i.e. the moment when you visualize yourself having a dick as big as Mandingo’s. Realistically though, gains come slowly and require a lot of dedication. If you are a hard gainer like me, you have to want it so bad that are willing to make it part of your lifestyle. I fortunately have lots of private time so I can dedicate 1-2 hours per weekday and at least 2-3 on weekend days. I also clamp every other day and wear a very lose ADS for around 4 hours per day. Gains, I only post them when I can measure them consistently. I have seen 7 1/8” but not every time. I believe it is the retraction during healing that causes slight gains to come and go.

Be careful at this point. That circ scar soreness is a negative PI. From what I have heard vaccum hanging has it own particular risks. I am not a “vac man” so I cannot help you with controlling that. Don’t sideline yourself. Let your tissues get used to the new strain level.

IMO you need to determine what fatigue is for whatever style of hanging you are doing. Then maximize your time spent hanging while fatigued. Having to drop weight should be viewed as a good thing. I also strongly recommend hanging BTC. It takes awhile to get used to but I think that the dorsal thickening of the tunica is most peoples limiting factor.

Yes it is be coming a lifestyle. Kind of hard to do though since my wife doesn’t know. I want to start using a ADS but that will be hard to hide from her. Never know when she might grab me. I am always trying to go to fatigue but I’m still not sure what that is but I hang for at least 2 hrs 5-2 days.

It seems to me that the best time to wear an ADS is after a workout. Once your tissues have been stretched and fatigued you want to keep them stretched out while they rest and rebuild. I’ve been doing this for several months now after pumping workouts and I think I’m seeing definate flaccid gains and I am pumping farther in the tube.

I haven’t measured my erect length for fear of dissapointment. I rarely measure anymore. I’ll probably measure when I see some unmistakable gains.

I know that I have some contradictory posts about my ADS usage. The key is that I now wear the ADS without as much stress as before. I used to use 2.5 lbs. I doubt that I have even 1 lb now. I do believe that keeping the tissues stretched while healing is a good idea. I just found that if the ADS stress was too high, I entered an overtrained state.

I’ve been hanging now for almost 6 months. I now started a decon break just before Xmas. How long should I break for? I’ve been PEing since Feb 2006.

Don’t be afraid of curve from fulcrum hanging: you can use the fulcrum in any desired direction - either to avoid, or else even to correct a pre-existing curve.

Personally, I don’t do deconditioning scheduled breaks.

Once in a while, due to negative pi’s (blister, e.g.) or traveling, I have to decondition, I think that’s enough.

I think the consensus is about 6wks to 2 mons, if I remember, correctly.

Most people are using xeno’s protocol as a guideline, I think. Read this and form your own opinion.

Work the angles.

If you placed a mixing bowl over your crotch, you would have a visual representation of the range of angles you have to stretch at. I used to warm up, then, starting at the lowest angles, do a slow sweep with my hand to find the point of most resistance so that I could work it.

A couple people have been mentioning OTS angles. I’ve always wondered how people go about accomplishing this. Are you attaching pulleys to the ceiling?
