Newbie to Hanging

I’ve been peing ever since March, using the newbie routine…well primarily stretching. I have gained about .25” bpel, and am considering hanging in order to increase my gains. What I would like to know is whether I should continue stretching while hanging, or should I just hang? Btw, which for all you vets at hanging, which hangers have given you the best results?? Thanks

Hanging combined with jelqing & stretching is a great combination.

Opinions vary on hangers. I use a Bib hanger and find it most comfortable.

Once you feel ready enough for hanging you don’t need to keep stretching. Hanging is more effective than stretching, however some think it may be beneficial to your routine.

You could start with a homemade hanger like the AFB hanger or one of the other designs (see the sticky thread).

I think afterwards is the best. Hanging in my opinion should be done with a completely flaccid penis and after hanging jelqing is good for getting some fresh blood going.

So you got incredible results from the newbie routine? And you still gain? Seems that manual works great for you and before you start to mess around with any hanger, my advice to you is to try this first: Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism

Buy/make a vacuum hanger. In my opinion, hanging is better then manual stretching because you have total control of how much actual weight you are stretching your penis with. In my opinion it is better to get gains with hanging 2-4kg then to get gains with manual stretching where you are going by “feel”. I once took a fish scale and tried to simulate approximately the tension I used when I was using manual stretches. The fish scale read almost 6kg. Now I am gaining with hanging up to 3,5kg from my vacuum hanger.
