Need a routine :Hanging with DLD

I have been reading about the LOT theory, DLD blasters and all.I will start hanging tomorrow (bib starter) after a long break. I decided to try hanging with DLD blasters and was wondering if someone experienced could suggest a good beginner’s routine to get me going.

MY LOT happens at 6/7…really strong at 11/12

I could spend at least 1 hour a day

I hang before using the grip, but that was more than a year ago.

Right, hang straight out and/or OTS, to stretch the tunica. But you knew that, right?

Just spend this hour (or whatever time period) doing hanging, 20min sets, 10min rest between sets.

Before you start your hanging routine proper, spend a few days (at least) experimenting with the hanger, and different kinds of wrap. You will find that slight changes in the hanger and wrap settings will have an effect on comfort, which may not be too noticable at low weights but as you progress it will become very apparent. So if you learn what you are doing now you will save time and possibly injury later.

You did not mention anything about using the DLD (keggle/reverse keggle) while hanging.Do you think for now i should just stick with regular hanging?

I knew that! Honest I did. Just making sure you’re paying attention. *ahem*

About the DLD blasters - Do ‘em. The trend seems to be they are helpful at BTC and OTS, but little effect at SO. I found them effective at SO when using a fulcrum though.
