I am astounded by what happenned in todays four-set hanging session. I was using the ldp method by putting one foot up on the desk while hanging SD. My bpfsl went up by 3/8 inch to just under eight inches. My ligs had seemed to be much stronger on that left side and are now evened out greatly. Thanks!

Swinglo, try this:

After a set of SD, stand up at your desk. Lift one foot off the floor. Do not shift or lean your body to support yourself. Instead, use your arm on your desk to support yourself. If you are doing this right, as soon as your foot comes off the floor you’ll feel an intense lig stretch.

I was standing when hanging SD, then lifted foot to top of desk, and you are so right—what a stretch!

This is the next day and the gain is still there bpfsl.
