I wanted to know if I am doing this right.
I made a Captn’s Wench today and am hanging as I type. I did one set for 30 minutes with 5lbs and stepped the 2nd 30 minutes up to 10lbs. I have to say that my dick seems to be able to handle a little more weight. I’ve been PE’ing for about 2 years now so mine has some tolerance. Is this routine ok or do I need to rest more between the sets?
