I'm Reaching Fatigue But Not With Bib

After nearly a year of deconditioning I began four days ago with a intense routine that would include Wantsmore’s Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I’ve EVER done routine followed by hanging SD for 12 sets of 20 minutes or until I just couldn’t bear the pain. Then I would keep Monty’s PeWeights On for the remainder of the day and occasionally perform Bennet’s Modified 12 Point V stretch found here 2-inch Growth Comparative Pictures with Monty’s weights as the fulcrum much like the golf weights I would use with WantsMore’s Stretch.

Now I started with Wantsmore stretch using five golf rings I purchased at Sports Authority for $3.99 a piece. My skin was more sore then any other portion of my penis after stretching for nearly a half hour. I was frustrated but I thought I’d try Monty’s weights for the fulcrum just for the hell of it.

What a difference! It must have been due to the thickness and weight compared to the golf rings, but they did a much more intense work over on my penis. I also found that it was better to have the skin slightly lubed with soap or something so it wouldn’t stick to the ring and stretch instead of the ligs/septum/tunica. I did this for another thirty minutes and voila fatigue!

I’ve never felt fatigue before but it was there, it was located on what felt like a cord that ran from behind the skin exit point up to the tip of my shaft, it was sore only at a specific point towards the base of my penis. There are several cords I’ve discovered that are very similar to this one but they were not sore. They were not as strained so I’m guessing I tore into the weakest or shortest one? I’m also guessing these “cords” must makeup my ligs.

So afterwards I threw on the Bib Starter.

Now here’s my question. I know how to wrap properly and I have the bib’s nuts set properly. It doesn’t move on my skin nor does it cut off blood unreasonably, at the end of my 20 minute set the glans are darker and colder but they quickly brighten up when I take the bib off.

BUT here’s the problem. The skin that the bib is attached to rides over my shaft and also over my head but the bib’s design prevents that from happening. Therefore the skin takes most of the heat and my penis doesn’t fully extend so really the only thing being stretched is skin. Now you might say that I don’t have enough skin, I HAVE PLENTY, which might also be the problem. The area above your penis with the pubic hair, well that stretches way down when I have the Bib Starter on. It is also the area that takes most of the heat. So I get no fatigue from any internal structure just skin.

I tried mimicing the Bib with my hand by just wrapping my fist tightly where I would tighten down the Bib and then just pulling down. Same problem!

Then I wrapped my index and thumb right before the head and stretched straight down. That “cord” lig I was talking about screamed bloody murder as I sat there and stretched it with a noose like grip.

However this noose grip was slightly uncomfortable for my glans, it created an uncomfortable pressure. So I grabbed the glans themselves and stretched straight down. This also creates an uncomfortable feeling and wasn’t quite as effective as the noose like grip.

I experimented for hours with Toe in and Toe Out, different kinds of wrap tightness and nut settings, they all produced undesirable effects. Sometimes the lig would hurt but not nearly as much as just manual stretching.

I was frustrated and I know I remember seeing another member on here who gained over an inch using a noose type hanger he created and he said it was comfortable. I can’t find that thread again!

I don’t know how others can reach fatigue with the Bib Starter unless their skin doesn’t float over their shafts and over their heads.

So afterwards I threw on some corn starch and put on Monty’s weights and kept them hanging on my penis for another few hours as ads. WOW! What a stretch. I was using three, the same three I used for Wantsmore’s stretch. They really isolated that ligament. I used a wristband with a Cable Clamp to prevent them from slipping off.

I also made sure that their was plent of corn startch on my skin, because if the weights stuck to my skin the lig wouldn’t hurt. The penis had to be fully extended. It worked, though I had to give my penis a break every hour because my glans would start turning about a half hour into it.

So I’ve rode this fatigue with just WantsMore’s Stretch and the PeWeights for the past four days and I have actually gained a quarter of an inch from 6.5 to 6.75 flaccid NBP. This could also just be due to very relaxed ligs (I do not expect to be gaining .25” every four days more like four months if I’m lucky). I don’t know if there has been any growth.

Now that cord doesn’t hurt as much as it did the first day and though the base of my penis is sore it’s just not so sore I can’t stretch it anymore, like it was.

I want to have that feeling again so I am wondering whether you can direct me to a hanger noose or otherwise (the swimcap looks interesting) that could provide a greater stretch then the Bib. OR if you could correct me in the error of my ways with the Bib Starter.

I am ecstatic that I reached fatigue and rode it for four days, now I want to do it again.

Congrats on gains, BB. A point is not clear to me: you are able to reach fatigue with wantsmore stretches alone, right?

Other than the Bib, popular hangers are the Captain Wench, the AFB, the Vac-hanger, the Redi-Stretcher.

Wow. You are doing all this AFTER taking a year off? Your best bet would be starting with the newbie routine, but still use his fulcrum weights if youd like, then after 2-3 months pickup hanging. I know you already know this, I remember talking with you and (helping you lower your goals a tad ;-) you are very smart with all this. Does that make any sense though?

BTW, you inspired me to start using those rings to stretch again. Only problem I had was I needed dish washing gloves to keep a good grip on my head.

With Monty’s Weights not the Golf Weights I purchased at Sports Authority. Though Golf Weights have worked for others Monty’s Weights were more effective for myself.

Then I wore Monty’s Weights to ride the fatigue. Occasionally (Every hour or two) doing Bennett’s or WantsMore’s Strech using Monty’s Weights for fulcrums.

The problem I’m having with the Bib, my penis doesn’t fully extend because the skin stretches over the internal structures. It’s like the skin is floating over the internal structures. It pulls from that skin area above your penis with the pubic hair, that’s what takes the most heat for me.

It’s not that the Bib is sliding down the shaft, it’s staying put, it’s that the skin is sliding down borrowing skin from my pubic hair region. Thus barely extending or stretching the penis completely. The internal structures remain unaffected.

Using a Noose type hanger or a hanger the resides closely to the glans would prevent that from happening.

I could do the Newbie routine but I think my penis is conditioned enough to do these stretches and I know my jelqs. However girth is not what I am focused on at the moment.

Though I was considering doing intense jelqs to fatigue the tunica and then use Monty’s weights or a Hanger over a RSDT fulcrum to stretch the fatigued tunica in the horizontal direction for length not girth.

I need a hanger that stretches the ligs and or internal structures not my skin. I really don’t think I’m misusing the Bib but I strongly welcome advice.

As for grip the soap I use for lube leaves a residue when washed off which makes it much easier to hold the glans or shaft when using the rings.

A noose style hanger is a no-no. Ironaddict finds a vacuum-hanger very good, if I remember correctly. You could do the same.

Anyway, I think you are doing too much too soon, as the fellow said.

Captain Wench, the AFB, the Vac-hanger, the Redi-Stretcher…. Do they have different attachment styles, or what I mean to say is would I have the same problem?

Aww Marinera, no I think any routine where one can reach fatigue is the way go. The Newbie routine is for those who would have no clue what we’re talking about and are trying to set a pattern or habit for Pe’ing. As well as understanding their limits and preventing injury.

I don’t need that I need fatigue. The hanger Man! I need not advice for my routine but for the Hanger.

So I’m dancing with this, I don’t think I need another hanger but we’ll see. I believe according to what I’ve read that the reason the Bib is sliding is because it’s not grabbing onto my “internal structures”. Though it’s securely attached to my skin it is not squeezing down hard enough on my internal structures. Thus the bib and skin float over my internal structures.

So I need to do some more experimenting and clamp down onto those bad boys so my skin stops being stretched and my internals are stressed/stretched.

If the hanger(or some skin and wrap) is gliding over your glans, its not grabbing your internals. Also, when hanging BTC, you need to stretch skin first before the ligs can take all the stress. Its not easy to learn how to use the BIB, atleast not for me, takes alot of patience.

The Bib Hanger and Starter does not grip the internals, in my opinion. To get these hangers to work for you, it is necessary to have a little blood in the distal CCs when you apply the hanger. IMO neither Bib device will work on a totally limp dick. That’s not to say you should be erect. That is a huge mistake. It’s just to say your dick needs to have some “tone” if the hanger is going to work.

When I was hanging, I would apply the hanger about 1/4” to 1/2” proximally to my circ scar. I would gradually tighten the hanger as I allowed it to slide forward slightly. I could feel my distal CCs compressing with blood as this occurred. Eventually the leading edge of the hanger would push up against the “shoulder” of my inflated CCs, i.e., the interface between the limp area under the hanger and the inflated area just in front of the hanger. I would then further tighten the hanger, to slow the return of blood from my distal CCs, and then the hanger could bear weight by pushing against the inflated shoulder.

With this configuration, the hanger certainly stresses the “internals,” since it is pushing on the inflated distal region of the CCs, which connect all the way back to your ischiopubic rami. It also stresses the area in front of the hanger (which many don’t realize), since that area is compressed just enough to hold the weight the penis is bearing.

It is a misstatement IMO to say that the Bib hanger/starter, or any compression-style hanger, “grips” the internals, however. You discovered this yourself; the skin covering the shaft is simply too loose and slippery to allow any direct grasping through the skin. But a compression-style hanger certainly can stress the internals, indirectly, by compressing the distal CCs and pushing against the compressed tissue.

Ok so I think I get the concept. I’ve just clamped down with my fist where the bib should be, real hard, and pulled down. No more skin sliding and there is some stress at the base of my penis. However! with my other hand I can still pull on the glans another say .5” to 1” and really feel those cords stretch again. So It just feels like the closer you grab towards the glans the better the stress/stretch on the ligs or whatever other structures are being stressed.

This is where, although risky, I thought a noose hanger would be more effective then a hanger that “squeezes” on internal structures. Or any other style hanger that rests at the end of the penis. Like the swimcap perhaps.

The Bib’s stress does not attack a fully stretched penis but a partially stretched penis…Right? What I mean to say is, when you attach the Bib and apply weight you could still stretch the area above the hanger (the glans and circ scar) another .25” to 1”… Right?

Yes Exactly!

The only reason my fist stopped sliding was due to an engorgment of the CC’s. The pressure of the CC’s and Head maxed out which in essence turned into a wall that my hand had hit.

But! I could still grab the glans and stretch then further then the distance my fist had stretched the penis. Then I could feel all of my sore ligaments again.

Although yes there definitely was some stress with the fist against swollen CC’s and Glans, it still did not equate the manual stretching with a noose like grip below the glans or grabbing the glans themselves.
