If you're hanging for tunica gains or have been successful doing so, come on in

Like many, I’m finding tunica gains the hardest of all to get. My LOT is pretty low, and frankly I don’t want my exit point any lower than it is for purely aesthetic reasons, so I’m left with battling the tunica for the additional length I want. I just started a 6 week deconditioning break, so figured now is the best possible time to develop a solid plan of attack for when I start back up.

So, if you’re currently having success hanging for tunica gains or have done so in the past, tell me all about your approach.

Did you use lighter or heavier weights?

How many 20 minute sets per day did you hang?

What specific angles did you hang at?

Did you vary how you attached your hanger?

Did you use the starter, regular Bib or another hanger, if so, what?

How much tunica length did you gain?

How long did it take you (knowing full well this will vary per individual, just curious)?

Any insights or experiences you care to share, please do so.

Twatteaser: the man, the myth, and the legend in his own mind.

I’m doing it right now but I really don’t know exactly what I’m doing. I’ll list all the details below.

This is my 4th week.
I use a Captains Wench
I started at 5 and am now at 10 lbs.
I hang between 45 min to an hour
I hang SO, OTS, or 45 degrees up.
I use either 15 or 20 min sets.
I hang 5 days per week.
I’ve gained about 3/16 in.

I’ve always gotten my gains after the first day of a new week when I have moved up even in weight or time. I find that longer sets are more effective for reaching fatigue. I want a Bib Hanger!

I am currently trying to destroy my tunica...

Without much joy.

I haven’t gained much for quite a while but I have only recently (past couple of weeks) started to attack tunica alone.

I am hanging using a fulcrum across my thighs, 4 sets a day (20 minutes) with just under 20lbs. 2 sets in the am and 2 in the pm…

I’ll measure again at the start of next month.

I think you have to resign yourself to the slow haul when it comes to tunica gains… They don’t come anywhere near as fast as lig gains, from what I have heard and experienced…

See Ya,

BigJ

I gained well after deconditioning.

>Did you use lighter or heavier weights?

I started at 5 lbs. but soon moved up a little. 6.25 lbs. gave me a good pull when fulcrum hanging and also post-session temporary increases in BPFSL. After 4 weeks I was up to 7.5 lbs. for fulcrum and OTS. By the end of the second month I was using 12.5 lbs.

These poundages are not the actual pull exerted when hanging OTS. I leaned back just short of the strap slipping over the towel on my shoulder. The friction allows more tension to be exerted than the weight indicates.

>How many 20 minute sets per day did you hang?

I didn’t put in as much time as I would have liked because I was trying to avoid further irritating a troublesome vein. Most sets were limited to 15 minutes.

I started with only a couple sets and worked up. At the end of the first month I was hanging 1.5 to 2 hours actual hang time per day. The total for the first 4 weeks was 28.6 hours.

>What specific angles did you hang at?

Fulcrum with dick/hanger turned 90 degrees either way. I alternated directions. Later I added OTS after my fulcrum sets, and toward the end of the first month went to OTS exclusively.

>Did you vary how you attached your hanger?

No.

>Did you use the starter, regular Bib or another hanger, if so, what?

Starter.

>How much tunica length did you gain? How long did it take you (knowing full well this will vary per individual, just curious)?

3/16” the first month and 1/16” the second. So, 1/4” in both BPEL and BPFSL in two months.

>Any insights or experiences you care to share, please do so.

I’m sold on breaks for deconditioning. When you resume hanging don’t take any more days off than absolutely necessary.

Use heat. I often soaked in a hot bath before the first session of the day, and I used a rice sock during every set of a session except the last.

Are you still gaining, or after this growth did you have to take another deconditioning break? Or perhaps you got all the length you wanted and switched your focus?

So as not to let the tissues strengthen at all, or some other reason?

How much were you hanging SO and OTS before you took your break?

>Are you still gaining, or after this growth did you have to take another deconditioning break? Or perhaps you got all the length you wanted and switched your focus?<

I only gain relatively easily for the first month or so after a break, but during that time I pick up 1/8” to 3/16”. Then it falls back to my conditioned gain rate of about 1/16” per month with occasional dry spells.

I figure why not hang smarter instead of longer? I’ll skim off the easy gains, spend less time hanging, and keep the weight down.

My LOT is about 8:00 now, which is the gray zone between tunica and ligs, so I can alternate the two. I’ve decided to try a schedule something like:

2 months tunica
1 month off
2 months ligs
1 month off
etc.

In this case, I worked the tunica during January and February, took March mostly off (fooled around with some girth work), and am now starting to hit my ligs. I haven’t tried this pattern for long enough yet to know if it will continue to work, but I suspect it will. Notice this schedule allows the target tissues about 4 months of deconditioning between work periods, which may be more than needed.

>So as not to let the tissues strengthen at all, or some other reason?

Yes, to better avoid strengthening the tissues and also to better maintain a semi-fatigued state. If I fully recover, time is wasted just getting back to where I left off. I’d rather do fewer sets than skip the day entirely. I only took 3 of those first 28 days off. Two were to let my bad vein rest. Damn thing.

>How much were you hanging SO and OTS before you took your break?

It’s hard to tell. I was using 10 lbs. OTS but also pressing down pretty hard on the plates with my hand. That was back in August and I didn’t hang again until January.

What’s the fulcrum hang? Is it when you take a stick of some sort and put it on your legs and put your dick over the stick?

Man hitting the tunica is hard work, imagine trying to get tunica gains by manual stretching… whew

Yes, that’s it.

Imagine hell, that’s why I’m here… :(

Twatteaser: the man, the myth, and the legend in his own mind.

>Did you use lighter or heavier weights?

Heavier.

>How many 20 minute sets per day did you hang?

Usually, 6 10 minute sets, sometimes more sometimes less.

>What specific angles did you hang at?

SO with fulcrum and later SO, like 9-10 o’clock.

>Did you vary how you attached your hanger?

Vary from what?

>Did you use the starter, regular Bib or another hanger, if so, what?

Starter.

>How much tunica length did you gain?

.25”

>How long did it take you (knowing full well this will vary per individual, just curious)?

9 months.

.25 inches in 9 months… That’s not very inspiring… I hope that’s an extreme case of hard gaining. BTW, how come you only do 10 minute sets?

Quote
>Did you vary how you attached your hanger?

Vary from what?

Attachement point, like closer to the glans, mid shaft, closer to the base, etc.

taco,

>.25 inches in 9 months… That’s not very inspiring… I hope that’s an extreme case of hard gaining. <

Yep.

>BTW, how come you only do 10 minute sets?<

It helps to keep skin soreness to a minimum if you are uncut.

RB,

>Attachement point, like closer to the glans, mid shaft, closer to the base, etc.<

Nope, always the same attachment point, about 1 inch behind the head. At higher weights I can’t keep the hanger at the base or midshaft anyway.

SS4

Okay, I only started hanging in my last inch, having done manual stretches for the first two. Basically I was doing either a very high angled fulcrum stretch, (about 75+ degrees) or OTS. I have an unverified inch gain from fulcrum hanging in the first 3 months or so but have taken time off due to injuries in the past month or so. Not related to anything but hanging too much weight and being a general idiot.

However, I agree with SS4 about needing more weight. As an experiment I tried to hang SD with the same weight and wowzers was that not nice. Tunica hanging is the way to go, especially with an angle of 6 o’clock like I have. I swear my LOT has maybe gone from 6 to 7 with my imaginary inch. I think by the time I get back to a good lig stretching angle, I will be able to step on my penis to stretch it. :)
