how on earth can you seat on the edge of a chair for 20 min

Just started today and I feel a terrible pain at the butt after every set

Does your chair have any padding? If not, fold up a towel and sit on that as a cushion.

Yes it does. It’s a very comfy office chair but in order to avoid the hanger being in contact with it -and taking away some of the weight- I’ve to be on very edge and it’s painful to mantain that equilibritum for 20 minutes, let alone 6 or 9 sets.

I do it all the time. I just sit my MOFO Chicken Butt Tail Bone right on the edge of the Chair and hang like crazy!

I forgot…. I Split my balls with the hanger… That means the hanger is squishing my balls to the left and right side. That allows me to sit back as far back as I can on my chair.

Wait until you can’t hang BTC. Then you will have to go Over the Leg, Straight Out and Over the Shoulder. That’s when it gets real interesting.

I know what you’re saying but your tolerance will buildup. I hang 4 hours straight. I do get some irritation from time to time but it’s ok.

Why is it necessary to sit. When I was hanging? I stood for 20 minutes per session.

i kept my legs/feet up as much as possible and reclined the chair as much as i could. took the weight off my ass.

I’ve always read to avoid stay standing while hanging.

4 hours?? I can you do that.. it takes me almost an entire evening to hang just 2.30 hours.

So basically your feet/legs are not touching the floor while your are hanging?

I hang with a vac hanger and I don’t do any breaks so basically it’s just 1 set of 4 hours(although there are days when I can’t hang for 4 hours , just 2-3 hours ).

I constantly shifted around so that the strain was never in the same place. Otherwise it would end up killing my tailbone in no time. I would raise and lower my chair. Shift my ass from close to the edge, to right on the edge, to hanging off the edge. My feet would be on the floor, on the feet of the chair, off the floor with my knees jammed into the desk, or all the way up on my desk.

I’ve never had a problem with it, but I think an issue might be and I don’t want to sound rude but I think the more you weigh the tougher it is. I’m 6 foot 170 pounds so I’m fairly thin I would image the bigger you are the harder it would be?

ok that pretty much explains. what weight are u using?
