You must have a fast system to attach the weight every 30 seconds with the rest of the weight hanging. I like passive hanging for longer time so I can do desk tasks, but yours seems to be more effective in less pe time.

I have made a a weight system that you can stack the weights one on top of the other, and I have a large quantity of weight that I use.

Dustpan, can I take that to mean your hanger is homemade, or just the weight attachment system? If your hanger is not homemade, what type of hanger do you use? Thanks!

Dustpan, how long did you hang? Dis you warm up? How about the wrap?

I gained about an inch using a swim cap hanger and then a BIB. Nothing fancy about my routine, I simply invested a 10+ hours a week while on the computer or out on the deck.

PE should, in my opinion, be a health thing, like brushing our teeth and working out.

Doctors after phalloplasty make patients hang for 4 months.

I think there might be something very basic to it in PE.

I’d like to give hanging a serious try before considering surgery.

Do you need to do the newbie routine 1st before hanging?

Do you mean warm-stretch-jelg then hang, or do the newbie routine for 1-2 months then start hanging?
