I gained over 1” in length myself. As for the lack of activity, it’s the norm for that section. Everything about hanging has already been discussed before and doing a search will answer any question you might have.

I admit all pretty much has been said by now. You gained 1 inch from hanging alone ? How long did it take you to get there ?

I have gained 2.5” inches from hanging, over a period of 2 years.


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

5.5 inches to 9 inches. Been hanging since 97. Way of life. Like driving the car to work.

its become an obsession. Its really quite simple not elaborate like many would probably think. I get up at 530am in the morning to get ready for the trading day. Shower. Put a hot wrap on the unit. Get the ligs all hot. Then I sit down and trade the markets and hang. I switch off between the grip and the Bib throughout the day. I average about 4-6 hours a day of hang time. I know many don’t have that luxury. I’m not married and no kids so thats a big help also. I usually hanging between 20-25 pounds and taper off to a meager 5 pounds when I feel my ligs are sore and beat up. Time under tension is the only thing I have noticed that has worked for me. I wear a one pound sleeve when I’m out under my pants so I can keep the ligs extended. at night I don’t do anything I let em rest.

Thanks for the reply. It does sound like a part of your daily routine. Like you said its like driving your car. This is similar to my routine; there is no way around it - just consistency.

I have over the past six months been clamping along with hanging with heavy weights. My clamping session is every other day between two or three times durring the day lasting up to 15 minutes each time. Durring the session I generally do jelqing to stimulate the shaft of the penis. The hanging session starts out with 40 lbs and ends with 70 lbs, this increases my chance of girth building.

It must really have changed your life especially with the girth you started out with. You started with a modest penis and now you have a real big dick!

70 lbs is heavy, but the results are there. How many sets do you hang?
How long did it take you to build up to the 70 lbs?

I have been using heavy weight for over a year. My routine is two set every other day, starting with the 40 lbs and increasing the weight 10 lbs at a time until I get to the 70 lbs. Each time I add the 10 lbs I hold the weight for 30 seconds then add another 10 lbs. When I get to the 70 lbs I do the reverse going back down to the 40 lbs. It took me around 6 month before I was able to handle the 70 lbs. I have got as far as 80 lbs but for only 15 seconds. My goal is to reach 100 lbs sometime this year.
