I just finished my first month of hanging and I have no gains :(

Is this an indication that my routine needs to change? Or do I just need to give it more time?

My routine is BTC with 7.5 or 5 lbs for 3 sets of 20 minutes.

I wouldn´t worry about that. With how much weight did you start? Maybe you´re still stretching skin? I personally think it can be counterproductive to move up in weight too fast, if you get a good pull from a lower weight, stay with that. Then move up slowly when you feel it´s no working anymore.

Don´t compare yourself to the few speedgainers who post, realize that for most people it´s a slow process, maybe even sloooow. The important thing is that now you´re doing something instead of nothing!

Thats right, dont increase the weight too fast.

You need to feel fatigue, like a soreness at the base of your penis. Do you get this after your 3 sets? If not then maybe try more sets. I would move up in sets before weight.

And dont worry, not many people gain after one month, so keep at it.

yeah, at the end of a workout I definitly feel a great deal of soreness at my base. Is that what fatigue is?

Sounds like it yes. If you pull your dick in the same direction you hang you should feel it even more.

I also agree with SS4jelq about moving up in sets before weight as a first solution. When you don´t reach fatigue anymore.

I did not really notice gains until I was hanging 7.5 pounds.
