How important are PIs when hanging

My personal opinion is hanging improves erection quality.Erections are harder for me.After hanging and the next morning my erections hurt they are so hard. I have used stretchers,pumping and helping and the only thing that makes me rock hard afterwards is hanging as long as you do it slow, safely and consistently.

I’ve noticed the same thing at the beginning of a hanging cycle, when hanging low volume.

Just like some people can do manual pe with no rest days there are those like me who have to take lots of rest days in order to gain. The only thing that matters is that you follow your PIs. If erections get weaker it is an obvious sign that rest is needed. Some people need rest and some don’t.

I think my unit prefers hanging and a extending better than any other form of PE. Because when I use to pump for a long period of time my erections would suffer ,but hanging it’s just the opposite for hanging they get better but everybody is different .

I also had great improvement in EQ when I used the vac-extender for 4+ hours a day.
But with heavier weights and shorter times it seems the opposite (at least for me).

Its just that have this really good worked-out-feeling in my body (close to my public bone) after hanging.
And I fear, that if I cut my session to for example 20 min, I won`t have that effect anymore.
But perhaps I should really reduce the weight I use or the time I spend.

This sounds kind of exactly what happened to me when I first started hanging. PI stated to suck, and yes I was gaining, but when it came time to play hide the salami with the wife, we both noticed That I was hard but not ROCK HARD. She started thinking she wasn’t turning me on (im a stealth PE). I took a week off completely from hanging and just did jelqs and ballooning, and that always seem to kick things back into gear. Trust me, a week will not put you back in your routine.

Do you guys recommend pumping after hanging? Or any girth work . Or should I get an ADS
