Hey Guys Vaccu Hanger

Hey Guys Vaccu Hanger

I need some advice. I bought the vaccu-hanger about 7 months ago. I have been very cautious. A few weeks here and there I had to take off. I have worked my way up from 2 1/2 lbs to now 10lbs. I am very cautious though and I only hang for about 5 to 8 minutes every other day for one session a day with 10lbs. Very worried about straining him and making my penis lose sensitivity. I know I need to tweak this routine up somewhat. Any suggestions? What the max amount of time you should hang in one session? Thanks for any help you can give.

Marcus,

I’ve been using the Vac for approximately a month and have came to the conclusion that I should only use it for ADS purposes due to safety concerns. The load being applied directly to the glans is worrisome. I think you should drop the weight and try to go longer sets. If I was asked to trade a 10% loss of glans sensitivity for a 1/2 inch gain, I would refuse a thousand times. I’m not knocking the product, just the method, let’s make that clear. I guess you could condition the glans to handle 20 lbs. or so, but there are some things that just really don’t need to be conditioned,IMO.

I can easily hang 17” 30 minutes without any loss of sensitivity. Wrap is the secret imo. Check my thread ‘best ways of hanging - some ideas’, if you like.

Good luck

Well I can hang 10 lbs. From 5 to 8 minutes with no pain. Just started with the 10lbs. I hung 7 1/2 for 20 minutes with no pain. So I worked my way up. I am concerned about sensitivity. What I would like suggestions on are a routine that is safe and cautious but still effective from successful vacuum hanger users. As far as how many days on how many off and how to work up your minutes.

When you hang how weight do you use and for how long?

Here is what I know and practice with good results.
1) Take the time available you can hang daily and consistently. (ex.- I have 120 minutes a day to hang in privacy.)
2) Take a given weight and hang this for the alloted time, this should be a weight that is comfortable but gives a good stretch.
3) Hang this weight, preferebly 7 day/week until some soreness and fatigue becomes present.
4) You’ve made it to the zone, you know that work is being done and you don’t have to guess.
5) Carry on with this weight until you cannot complete a twenty minute set comfortably.
6) This is the good part, when you can only do 10 minute sets, drop some weight and bring them back up to twenty.
7) Use this new weight until the soreness and fatigue dissapate.
8) Add a little weight throughout your sets until the F/S are present again.
9) Stay extended whenever possible. (ADS,etc.)
10) Days off while hanging for gains do no good, unless of course you’ve mis-stepped and injured the skin, etc.

You mention pain a lot, that worries me. What made you want to go up to 10 pounds, just curious?

When I say I can hang 10lbs without any pain I basically mean I can hang comfortably. So your saying hang everyday until sorness and fatigue. Drop down the weight until you can bring the tiome back up to 20 minutes?

When you hang do you only hang in one direction? If so what direction? Also do you use the bib and vac hanger meaning you hang 4 hours a day or did you mean those are the weights you use with each device.
