Hanging

Ok I’ve been doing mostly the newbie routine that I saw on this site:

Warm up
Stretch left, right, up, down, BTC.
Wet jelq 100 times (I usually just jelq for an hour so I don’t have to count)
Wet jelq with a 90% erection for about 8 seconds each for about 5-7 times
Heli shake and a short warm down

Now I went to Tom Hubbard’s site (4 hour penis) and was very interested in the results he’s got. I made a similar AFB hanger similar to his device and I was just wondering, what do you guys use for weights? I am using a 75ml water bottle at the moment, but the problem is that when I want it heavier I have to use a taller water bottle and it would touch the ground if I was sitting.

Didn’t you mean a 750 ml bottle , becouse 75ml is nothing . I think you could try putting some wet sand on the Bottle

I’m using these unusual dumbells I have, which have a ring shape to them. I haven’t been hanging long, so they’re only 2.5kg…I’ve also got weights that can be strapped to your arms and legs via velcro (1 kg each I think), I’ve managed to wrap those around the dumbell for extra weight.

I just use regular old cast iron weights that I got at the sports store for $0.50 a pound. They come in 1.25, 2.5, and five pound sizes.
I use a leather strap to connect them to the "S" hook on my wrench.

When I am traveling on business, I have a collapsible container that holds a bit more than a gallon of water … I think that it is right around 10 lbs. I got it at the camping supply store (Platypus Platy Water Bottle - 70 fl. oz. | REI Co-op)

Yeah I did actually mean 750ml, oops. But wow, you guys hang 5 pounds on your tools? I don’t think I could do that for too long!

How do you attach the Platypus bottle? Tie a rope around or is there a better solution?
