Ok I’ve been doing mostly the newbie routine that I saw on this site:
Stretch left, right, up, down, BTC.
Wet jelq 100 times (I usually just jelq for an hour so I don’t have to count)
Wet jelq with a 90% erection for about 8 seconds each for about 5-7 times
Heli shake and a short warm down
Now I went to Tom Hubbard’s site (4 hour penis) and was very interested in the results he’s got. I made a similar AFB hanger similar to his device and I was just wondering, what do you guys use for weights? I am using a 75ml water bottle at the moment, but the problem is that when I want it heavier I have to use a taller water bottle and it would touch the ground if I was sitting.
