Hanging with rings?

Hi all, I recently bought this online with the intention of hanging. I have been using this for a few weeks now and seem to be getting a good stretch but would like to hear your opinions.

As you can see it is a set of rings and you need to start low and build up.

Nobody has

any input?

How much do those weigh?

Whats the setup? How does it work? Have you experienced a difference in your stretches? You can’t just post a picture and expect feedback.

How much did you pay for that set up?
And how much does each ring weigh .5 kg?
Yes I did similar with golf weights.. Not bad but quite hard to wear all the time.. That looks to be a better set up..

Can you post some photos in the members section with that setup in use?

Yeah I will try to post pics of the setup in use soon. I remember reading about golf weights a long time ago but could never find any in the UK. I saw this on Wish for something like £15 UK and thought I would give it a go. If i remember right the rings are quite heavy but will need to find the exact weights (it came on a small piece of paper i misplaced.) and you get 12 as part of the set. I usually can do about 4 hours with this on and not notice too much discomfort. I have a bib hanger too but could never get into using it regularly. With this i get a really good hang and although it’s early days i think i am gaining a little with it.

How much did you gain with the golf weights?

As a PE designer and innovator I’m always exploring new ideas for PE devices. The OP has some steel rings and what looks like a cotton sleeve he would wear under the sleeves.
This sort of thing looks pretty safe as it doesn’t look like it would hinder blood flow or circulation. I’ve manufactured and tried a number of light weight devices myself. The issue with most of them it trying to conceal them under clothing so that you can wear them out in public. If that’s not an issue and you just want to wear it around the house then that’s a viable alternative to an ADS.

I made this double sided stainless steel ring that weights 2.25 lbs and is held together with a 3/16” dowel pin and a 1/4-20 socket head cap screw. We don’t currently make them as I just don’t feel like they would be big sellers.

I just checked and each ring is 56g each with a view to getting up to 12 in total. I intend to use it as an ADS or at least for a prolonged period and see how it goes. I might even start using the bib again.

Buy and penis head cup!

Get a sleeve

Put heavy rings first and then wear cup covered with silicone sleeves

Trust me it works and you can hang it longer and more comfortable

Whats the diameter of the rings? Id like to try these since I’ve already done the vacuum ADS

I am also curious about these. Could you potentially provide a link from where you got them?

I like the idea of using rings more than an ads strap due to my working conditions.
