I would like to hang everyday with no days off and wanted to know if that would be a bad idea for a new hanger. I been hanging for about a week now at 5lbs for 3 sets of 15 minutes. I don’t plan on moving up in weight until I’m doing 6 sets a day. I plan on adding a set every week until I reach my limit then I plan on adding a lb a week until I feel fatigue in the first couple of sets.

I just added a homemade ads that I have been wearing for a few hours after my morning sets.

It’s a good idea. Even one set is better than none if you are busy some days.

From my experience … if you are new to hanging, don’t make any specific plans about your routine for the first month or so. It took me that long to get the “hang” of it and work out the kinks in how to wrap and where to attach, and what to do between sets etc …

Probably a good idea to start with the low weight that you suggested, start slow and work your way up to 20 minute sets (that seems to be the magic number)


Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

Just don’t give up.. It took me months to learn to use the damn hanger and I still seem to learn something almost every day.

I noticed you made some good gains hanging how long did it take to start seeing something noticeable and at what weight?. I noticed you have the same routine I’m aiming for so it would be nice to get similar results and how long did it take to get your first inch?.

I can’t remember how long it took. Too much on/off PE to tell for sure.

If I remember correctly, I started gaining at the 5-10lbs range. I think it took couple of month to see difference when I first started.

what did you use for ADS

I been using the lil12big1 simple ads. It works pretty good and is simple to put together all you need is theraband and a belt but I use a dog collar

So where do I get the information on putting it together or the materials to put it together

Go to advanced search and type ” the chickenchoker btc ads” and two paragraphs down you going to see lil1’s simple ads tutorial in blue letters, click on that and you good to go. The link has a video to show you what to do. I been using it for a couple of weeks and haven’t had any issues. It takes a minute to get the wrapping down but it easy to figure out. Let me know how you make out. The btc ads looks effective too but I don’t know if I feel comfortable with my dick in my ass.
