Hanging: Lower weights and longer times?

Anyone have success with (specifically vac hangers) going lower weight and longer times (around 5 pounds @ 60 minutes+) or is this just a waste of time? I notice guys who go high on weight (15+ pounds) on BIB forums usually complain of injuries. So is lower weights with higher times better or will it not work?

There is too much variability from a man to the next to say if a specific weight is high or low, but generally speaking mild weights for prolonged time is the way to go.

Yeah there was a guy on the boards ( I think this one) who never went over 5 pounds on his vachanger and made impressive gains. I have been looking 2 days for that thread and can’t find it.

Anyways, I do a lot of reading on BIB’s board and they guys who go 20 pounds + eventually all get injured so I am skeptical about Bib’s claims he went so high in weight, I mean the penis is tough but not that tough. I want to get up to 5 pounds for 1 hour at a time. I will see how that goes.

The Bib can’t be compared with the vac, it grasp the skin which is taking most of the force.

No that’s not him. The guy made good gains with the Vachanger at 2.5 pounds.
