Gentlemen—

Here’s a brief summary for the hanging work i did in 2001.I tried to separate the information but the formatting may need a little work.

A couple of comments;

Started PE work August 1, 2000

Prior to hanging total gains prior to hanging aprox. 1-1.25 length and .5-.75 girth

During the first 4-5 monthes I was still jelqing and doing ulis for up to 30 minutes per day.

Started using the Bib Hanger (original model) Sept 1, 2001.

Total gains to date (tgtd) I attribute to hanging 5/8-3/4 of an inch in length.

Started with supplemental night sessions 4 of 6 days per week 1/01/02 .

IMO the hanger is the best way to make your penis bigger, and I think knowing what I know now and seeing the results especially over the last 3 months I’d have started my PE program hanging instead of jelqing.

As far as gaining girth the little work I’ve done using the hanger for a uli hangs has been very productive.

Currently I am at your October routine. Could you please indicate as to the type of hanging you were doing (ie. BTC, Standing, Sitting etc.) I am doing some standing and the rest BTC.

I sit in a regular office chair that tilts back and forth then after attaching the weight and hanging gradually place by feet on my computer or somthing that brings my legs to aproximately parallel to the floor.

So to answer your question BTC. A couple more things the first portion of my first set is at a moderate weight say if my 1 set max is 25 pounds I’ll use 17 pounds for the first 5 minutes or so then I’ll add weight in 2.5 pound increments every 5 minutes or so until I’m at my max hang weight I like to get to my max on the first set but if not always by mid way through the 2nd set.

Because my time is limited by sets run from 30 to 45 minutes and I’m adding or subtracting weight based on the fatigue I’m feeling. If I need a break I’ll hold the weight in by hand for a minute to get the blood flow going and to give the ligs a little break.

While 45 minutes may be the limit for time I monitor very closely the last thing you want is a significant lose or blood flow or oxegen for an extended period of time.

So far I have had only 1 or 2 brief losses of sensation in my dick and both cleared up in a day or two. And the last time that happen was several months ago.

Bib said in a thread a while back that if he was going to start out he would be hanging BTC then eventually go over the leg, straight down or over the shoulder when he was to sore to hang BTC.

How much privacy do you have?

Privacy is not a problem for me. The wife and I have our “hobbies”, and her’s is Hockey, mine, well, is PE. At least in that we are in agreement, all the time.

I never tried the idea of adding weight. I always thought that one should start at a maxium and then decrement as required. When I start my March/April routine I will start doing the increment and see how it goes. The one thing that I did notice was that different hanging angles one would have to adjust the weight.

For the BTC I lay on the bed with my butt over the edge and I have a stool about butt height that I rest my feet on. I will alternate between legs parallel with the floor to but then I will bend at the knees thus pulling the feet forward. In this position I do a few Ab crunches but usually near the end of each set. In that position its a whole new experence. I attach the hanger quite a distance from the head and have noticed that in this position I have less problems with blood circulation and the swelling problem I once had is almost gone. The only thing I am uncertain of here is whether I will get the proper stretch in the ligs along the side of the penis. I definately feel the pull in the pubic area and at the base of the penis.

I use to do a light to moderate jelq after my last set (I do not remove the wrap between sets) for 5 - 8 minutes but now I’m doing the outer wrap as explained in lil1’s thread on “Traction Wrapping”. I will keep up this routine until the end of February and then measure the results.

Part of the reason I gradually move up in weight intially is because I’m paranoid of getting hurt; lets face it hanging 25 pounds off your unit is nothing to take lightly.

Did you ever read the thread on healing? This is the basis for my hanging the thread explains what conceptually is going on while hanging and growing as well. It’s the best of the best.

My goal during the session is to put enough stress on the ligs and surrounding area to promote growth and depending on what state of “soreness” I’m at on any given day this stress and what it takes to get there will vary.

I think in a perfect world some very heavy max weight total fatigue sessions followed by some moderate weight sessions might be best. This way the ligs and surrounding area with be stretched then following up with the moderate weight sessions will alow the ligs to heal in the elongated state without putting too much stress on the area.

Are you sore after a session and if so where ? This a good indication that your going in the right direction and what adjustments you might want to consider.

If privacy isn’t a problem definately consider adding a second session in the PM.

IMO this will make all the difference in the world, the reason I think this way is that a second session will slow down the cohessive effect which reconnects the ligs to close to there orginal state instead of to a futher elongated state which is what you want.

Don’t know much about the traction wrapping situation althou seems like a good thread.
